The indoor flagpole kit is intended to include a polished oak pole, gold cord and tassel (as shown in the photos), and an unweighted base designed to be filled with sand for stability. We’re especially concerned to hear that the cord and tassel may have been missing.

The service was great fast on delivery but I was expecting the flag to with hold the wind driving around town but first day I had it on my truck I got home and the corners were already coming apart

I wanted a flag to fly all year
I wanted a flag to fly all year! This one was very affordable and it turns out to be better than I anticipated. The material is not flimsy and the stitching is great. I put it up New Years day and expect to see it last the entire time. My family is already asking where it's from.

Easy web site. Kept me informed of shipping date. When I did not like one of the three flags I received, the website allowed me to describe my problem. The company promptly sent me an apology and a code to send it back. I received a refund within two business days of mailing it back. Very pleased with customer service!
