After 10 years my old car has returned home. I came back to my old showroom where I had bought a Ford Fiesta diesel, my old car didn't give me any problems. I decided to go back to first4car in Pudsey. I was welcomed by the sales man Ben Hargrave who valued my old Ford Fiesta. He helped me through my car buying journey and made it so much easier for me. The rest of the staff are also very nice and friendly people to deal with. Ben provided me with full information on the car I was purchasing, gave me enough time to test drive the car and get familiar with it. As a dissatisfied customer, I feel obligated to warn others about the potential pitfalls of dealing with First4car.
My experience with first4car dealership has been nothing short of disappointing and concerning.I recently bought a bmw x2 and upon purchasing the vehicle, I was assured of its quality and condition. However, it became evident that the car had undisclosed issues. The scratches on the exterior were haphazardly covered up, only to become visible again after a routine valet. Furthermore, the bonnet does not close properly, and there is noticeable misalignment between the bonnet and the tire housing, indicating significant impact damage that was not disclosed during the purchase process.

When I reached out to express my concerns via email, I was met with extreme rudeness and dismissiveness from a person named Luke. Instead of addressing my valid concerns, he outright dismissed them, claiming that I had inspected the car beforehand. This response is not only unprofessional but also reflects a lack of accountability and customer care.

Additionally, I would like to highlight a discrepancy in the mileage of the vehicle. The car was advertised as having under 35,000 miles, yet upon taking possession, it was nearly 36,000 miles. This inconsistency further eroded my trust with first4car’s integrity and transparency.

A hassle free buying experience. James was polite and courteous throughout. Very knowledgeable and informative.

Just wanted to say thanks for a very smooth experience when purchasing my new Vauxhall Corsa. It has been a while since I have bought a car from a dealer but I was immediately reassured on seeing the car advertised on Autotrader both from the way you advertised the car and the positive reviews of your company. Once we came over to have a look, we were impressed at how we were treated by Luke. He was friendly, professional and didn’t give us any hard sell at all - just showed us cars we might be interested in and left us to it. He was available to answer questions when we needed it and has been very helpful throughout the paperwork etc all of which has been very smooth.
