We were very satisfied with the whole process of buying our new car from First4Car.

The whole process was hassle free from start to finish, and we greatly appreciated not been hassled on the forecourt from when we arrived. The fact we arrived and were left alone and that we had to come and ask for help is what made the process easy for us as this is what we prefer. We visited numerous local dealerships and within ten minutes or so of been on the forecourt at these other locations we were been followed around by salesmen.

Dealing with Ben from First4Car is one of the best customer service experiences we have had, his knowledge and how he conducted himself throughout was professional and friendly. At no point did we feel we were being forced into buying the vehicle, at no point did we feel like we were been misled or misinformed just to secure the sale.

Thank you for your patience with us and we made numerous phone calls which can be annoying but Ben and other staff members who answered assisted us right from the outset and were brilliant, Ben is an asset to the company.
