From the start the staff were very approachable and welcoming Leah showed us around and any questions we had she was always there. Not good enough! After buying my Audi A3 4 months ago I noticed paint was peeling off the drivers door ! It was only the third time I had washed it . Not covered in warranty but obviously a very poor paint job . My fault for trusting that they would check a car thoroughly before selling it .This firm also put a 5 star review on their site saying I was ‘ very happy’ with my purchase . I never gave a review !!!!
Please be very careful when using them , I will certainly not be returning !!!
You never once offered to pay 50% of the repair cost, stop making things up to make yourselves sound better.Also you’re quote was for 1 door respray , and 2 doors need doing!!

Fab experience at First4Car.com, had a great example Vauxhall Corsa, best we'd visited in the spec we wanted. Looking round it seems they carefully select nothing but quality stock and take pride in their preparation and presentation. Had the pleasure of meeting Leah, Liv, Luke and Ben, all of which were friendly and were not your typical pressure sales people. We were given as much time as we liked to test drive and inspect before committing to the purchase. The car was MOT'd, valeted and ready for us to collect on the agreed date and time with no fuss, the process is simple. We will back for the next one!

My windscreen retainer had come out of the runners and I couldnt get it back in. So on the off chance I popped in and they were able to repair it and wouldnt accept payment as only took 10 mins. 10 out of 10 for customer service

First4Car must be your first port of call when looking to purchase a new car. I visited 6 main dealerships before finding the perfect car at First4Car – I so wish that I had made the trip to their showroom first.

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I made an initial enquiry through their website one evening and got an immediate reply. I booked a test drive and was expertly assisted by Ben – he was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very patience dealing with my numerous questions about the vehicle. It was refreshing to be at a showroom with no hard sell – very friendly yet professional attitude from all the staff that I met. Ben was great taking me through the whole process from purchase to collection.

What I also found impressive was the immaculate condition of the vehicle - I bought a 15 Plate Skoda Fabia and it honestly looked and handled like a brand new vehicle – so I’m grateful that they have excellent engineers in the workshop and a superb valeting crew.

I am already recommending First4Car to family and friends.

We went looking for our son’s first car. First4car had a nice selection of cars, he found a car he liked and the process was painless. As you can imagine he wanted to drive away there and then, but the car needed an MOT and clean, so he had to wait, but Leah did what she could to get the car processed quicker.
We didn’t feel pressured and Leah was very helpful. We would definitely look at First4cars for his next car.
Only criticism is they didn’t take credit cards.
