F.Hinds The Jewellers Bewertungen

Your two in store colleagues could not have been more polite, helpful and non pushy. Your ls was the 6th jewellers I had visited that day, and in each I was either a bit harassed or not well served by the staff. Unitl I visited your Livingston Outlet store.
The two ladies were just so nice and a credit to your business.

The assistant made sure that she found me a lovely photo frame for my dear Mums photo and it meant a lot to me.

Very helpful

eally lovely service at F.Hinds. The staff were supportive, understanding and offered helpful suggestions that made my choice much easier. Excellent customer service!

Bought an Eternity ring in april for my wife.
one of the diamonds has fallen out so took it back to be repaired, just had a call from FHinds saying we have to pay £95 to repair the ring.
This ring cost £2k and is only 3 months old !!!

Very helpful, polite and didn't feel rushed into a decision. Thank you.

I purchased two watches from the High Wycombe branch. Pamela was most welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. A seamless service and great experience.

Fantastic service at Hastings. Gorgeous product (watch), which they adjusted the strap quickly and easily, offered extended warranty and a lifetime battery. nice gift bags, great prices, very helpful staff !!!

As on my previous visit, I was welcomed immediately with a smile and encouraging offer of help. My query about a repair was answered straight away, dealt with efficiently and arranged and paid for within no time at all. It is so nice to have a pleasant experience and everything dealt with so efficiently, so thank you.

Positive experience, helped downselect the watch we wanted and explained all the waranty that comes with it. They also kept ir on hold for us for an hour while we made up our mind.
