Went 2 weeks ago to Livingston for Wedding Ring , bought it and left a deposit as the ring was to be resized.
Received an email and WhatsApp message to say it was ready. Drove the 20 again to pick it up .
Then told they couldn’t resize it after saying it was done. The shop assistant had the audacity to say “I was going to phone you this morning” what absolute rubbish. Pathetic Customer Service and if I could give no stars I would 🤬

They had what i wanted and i purchased it. The staff were friendly and chatty and helpful.

I went to see if I had a battery life contract on my watch which I had lost in the move 3 years ago, I went to the Gloucester branch of F Hinds, as I had found my missing watch in my old rucksack safely packed in a zipped inside pocket, unfortunately I did not have a life contract but the lady found that there was one for a chained gold Sekonda pocket watch which I have never owned, she shown me the contract that was taken out in the Stroud shop, the lady whose name was on for making the contract no longer works there, I asked the lady to delete it as I have no use for it, I took out a life long battery contract for my watch while I was there, the service was very good and the lady who served me was very helpful and pleasant, I will have no objections going back.

Shopping at your store in Redditch is always a pleasure, the staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in what you need and all done with a smile.

Found exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. The staff/lady that helped me was very polite and friendly. She made the whole experience feel at ease and was very helpful. She helped me try on different necklaces and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I will shop there again.

Your two in store colleagues could not have been more polite, helpful and non pushy. Your ls was the 6th jewellers I had visited that day, and in each I was either a bit harassed or not well served by the staff. Unitl I visited your Livingston Outlet store.
The two ladies were just so nice and a credit to your business.

Bought an Eternity ring in april for my wife.
one of the diamonds has fallen out so took it back to be repaired, just had a call from FHinds saying we have to pay £95 to repair the ring.
This ring cost £2k and is only 3 months old !!!
Disgusting way to treat your customers i will be seeking legal advice don’t use this company
