I ordered my pool on 3/17.No updates yet, and after many phone calls and emails. I get another 6 weeks for delivery ,when I was told 6 weeks when I ordered it. I have never dealt with a company that is this bad. I'll be contacting the BBB next. I just wanted a nice pool for my child. It's sad people take advantage especially in this difficult time.

This place needs to be shut down! Busy phones and run around emails! Purchased a pool from them, in April 2020, still dealing with them! Total disgrace!

Ordered a pool liner 2 months ago and nothing yet!!! Called 3 times and was told I would be called back. No calls! Called the last time and told I would receive and email 2-3 days before my liner would be delivered- nothing! We are on 2 years of this Covid pandemic! If you cannot fulfill orders, don’t take them!! Money was removed immediately after ordering ( 2 months ago)! They are quick with that! Very disappointed! I am a very patient person but when you take my money, I expect delivery of the product! If o cancel, I pay a 5% restocking fee on an item that hasn’t left the shelf! Read the reviews, the real reviews before ordering! (Not ones on their website) very frustrated with no answers and a ripped pool liner, still!!!

We ordered pool liner pad advertised on the company’s webpage as “approximately 1/4 inch thick” with a picture of a foot standing on a well padded liner. When the liner arrived it was VERY thin, less than an 1/8” thick. Absolutely not padded.
We had paid a total of $209.10 which included $179.09 for the product $2.98 taxes and $27.03 shipping. When we tried to return the product USPS wanted to charge us $97.08 to ship it. We asked B.W Inc Family Pool Fun if they would provide a pre-paid shipping label and they declined. So in effect it would cost us another $97 to return the item in addition to any re-stocking or cancellation fee the company wants to charge us. We decided not to spend the money to return the material. We will not purchase any other items from this company.

Yes I have received my order and everything I ordered came within a week and a half and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

The pool shipped very quick however they failed to tell me the liner was being shipped seperately. It has been a month now and still no liner. I can't get anyone to respond to me on when it will be shipped and can't talk to a human at all. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I recently placed an order for a swimming pool from this company and the customer service was so horrendous I cancelled my order and went to backyard Oasis. They refused to give me the name of an owner so I could speak to them regarding how awful the customer service is. As an owner of a business I would want to know if my customer service representatives were behaving in such a way that it would cause a customer to cancel their purchase outright. Do not do business with this company..

Ordered a Aqualuminator pool light with a fountain attachment. The light came but I never received the fountain attachment. Numerous attempts to have a replacement fountain attachment sent out have failed. Had to get a request number followed up by me having to send Family pool fun pictures of my order I received. Took everything out of box and no fountain attachment. Family pool fun viewed my photos saying the fountain attachment is in the box, it’s not.

Ordered a 2 speed pool pump, site said it was in stock. 2.5 weeks later and 2 service tickets asking the ETA… I was told it would. E another 1.5 months….. site stated 7-10 business days… so now I am trying to cancel the order…. 6 service tickets placed and not a single response to cancel…. Mind you the item has not shipped yet….

Update: after a total of 6 cancel requests I still have not received a response. Luckily I worked with my credit card company on this issue. They refunded me and dealt with them…. How this company is still in business with this lack of customer support I have no idea.

Same as many! Last year wanted to order a new sand filter valve. Some delays in communication and then Jay pulled up an old email and sent a hose I had ordered the year before. I did get the valve, but had no use for the hose he sent. Emailed, called, sent through the Support site, requesting a return authorization label to send it back. NO response personally, and each time I inquire on email it says "Your request(new request # each time) has been updated. Guess I'll just try to sell the hose on the internet to someone who actually needs one like it!!

I purchased a 2HP pool for $700.00 from Family Pool Fun less than 1 year ago. Pool pump overheated, tripped the circuit breaker and failed to operate. Jay and the unhelpful staff will not stand behind the warranty. Do your self a favor and take a look at the negative complaints online and on the BBB before doing business with this dishonest company. Next step small claims court.

Simple and easy when I had questions I called and texted, your pool experts had the best knowledge in the industry! Thank you for being good to work with. Your shipping team kept us up-to-date. Would recommend FamilyPoolFun to anyone wishing to get a pool kit.

The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they returned my call and emailed me back when I had questions. I would recommend them.

The website is nice with detailed descriptions of the pools. The packages you have put together makes it easier to get started. Best Customer Service! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They provided updates that there were delays in the shipment because of the shortages of pools. They assured us we would get the pool and we did. Took longer then we liked; however, the wait was worth it and the family is enjoying the pool.

Ordered a pool in August. Cancelled due to bad service. Its now 5 months later with about 7 support tickets and not one reply. Secondly the staff especially Jeff has very little social skills let alone service skills. Asks me if i want a refund yes or no. The more i try explain this is not a refund issue the more he tell me i must be more effective....do i want a refund yes or no. Clearly besides that he should not be in a service position, his either deaf or dumb.

The only reason why I'm giving them 1 star is because the website is easy to navigate. We purchased our pool early April 2020. They told us 2-3 weeks for delivery. Mid May we get a email saying due to Covid it would be mid June, then July, then September. It's impossible to speak with anyone their either by phone or email. Finally I called our bank and told them the situation and asked if they could reverse the transaction somehow. They said to contact the police as they felt this is a form of fraud being they're continuing to take orders knowing they can't fill them. I called our police department who actually called Family Pool Fun and spoke with Jay. Per the officer (who has the recorded conversation) Jay got upset, was rude at the officer, said we were "waisting tax payer dollars" for having to get law enforcement involved. We were doing what our bank suggested. To me this is total fraud because they're still taking people's money knowing well they don't have the items to deliver. We finally got instructions on how to cancel our order. We have to go back to the original email for the order confirmation and reply CANCEL. It took almost 3 weeks to get our refund and they shorted is almost $200. I emailed them back asking why the shortage and never got a response. I hope everyone who is thinking about purchasing from them thoroughly reads the reviews!

This company is a scheme. I order 15' above ground pool back in June 2020.i have been told by the guy name Jay that the pool is in stack and available to ship out in 2 weeks before i purchase. 3 weeks went by no phone call no email no text from from the store. i called and there is no ans, email no reply so text no reply. after a month i finally able to get some one to ans the call but she just asked me to email and said that it push back another 3 weeks and every time after 3 weeks push back the last word from them was i will get my order in the 3rd week of November. i ask for instruction for cancel my order over the phone email, text. still no ans they just took the money and do nothing for me. i have no more patient for them.
PLEASE! do not conduct any business with them ( FamilyPoolFun) they are terrible

Worse company I have ever dealt with in my career. I canceled my order and will never deal with them again and I hope whoever reads this does the same.

I recently purchased a single person sauna from Family Pool Fun. I received it without issue. I had to phone the company several times and every time the person who I spoke to was extremely helpful. The sauna is up and running and so far no issues with it.....we love it!

It takes me 3 months to work with them, but still do not receive the package. The shipping company says the package was lost. They did not want to work with the shipping company to figure out the problem. They only assume they have no responsibility after ship the item out.
