I will admit I read bad review after ordering this pool and freaked out a bit but ended up having a good experience with this company so they deserve the good review (since most people only write reviews when they are bad) I ordered my pool on April 14th I was given a 4-6 week delivery time. Pool was delivered in exactly 4 weeks on May 12, 2021 The driver from R&L solutions was a little anxious and wouldn't let me write the boxes were crushed on the pakcing slip. No problem took pictures of all four sides of the skid, crushed boxes and the license plate of the driver after he left immediately called R&L very friendly and they noted the damage (nothing ended up being damaged inside) On May 21,2021around 1pm I realized we were missing the floor pad for the pool. Called Family Pool Fun spoke to customer service Yvette she was very friendly she explained how to place a ticket # for the missing box and was very happy to hear that I TOOK PICTURES of all 4 sides of the SKID asked me to take picutes of the boxes and the tags and explained how to submit them on their website. Approx 1/2 hour later received a phone call from another lady named Pam she gave me her email to email the picutes of the skid directly to her. By 3pm that day I was told the replacement box was being shipped and by 5pm I had a fed ex tracking number for my missing box . I received the box on Sunday May 23,202. I thanked them for their quick response and they thanked me for taking the picutes of the skids and boxes. Take pictures of everything that comes on the skid, the boxes the tags and make sure pictures of the skid are while it is still shrink wrapped andit would not hurt to take picutes again when shrink wrap is taken off before anything is moved. Taking picutes of the skid (like the advise you to do) was critical in me receiving my replacement in a timely manner. TAKE PICTURES of you delivery immediately after receiving it.

Purchased a pool, liner and pad. Waited 8 weeks to receive it. No communication from Familypoolfun. Received pool with wrong liner and no pad($100 pad) tried contacting them again and no answer. Spend your money elsewhere. you will have issues and they wont respond to help

Stay away from this company they are crooked i ordered pool from them they told me in 6 weeks the pool is gonna arrives. months after months no pool when i called nobody’s answers the phone i called again another day finally they answered the phone customer service rude with attitude oh they dont have the pool in stock.they be selling people pool online which they dont even have it in stock they dont even send any email just to tell you that they dont have the pool in stock if i didnt call them they wasn't gonna call or email me
To tell me that.its easy for them to take ur money but to refund ur money always a problem so advised any one stay away crap from this company..go to pool warehouse easy process with them

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not purchase anything from them. I was supposed to get a return mail sticker and they were to cover the return cost of pool steps
, but after 7 days of calling and emailing I just got a return address. I should have done more searching, but didn't. Prices aren't that great; it's not worth the aggravation.

Wish they had a zero stars option! I ordered my pool 3/18/2021, after 2 weeks and not hearing anything I called to check my order they told me I had to pay an additional $100 delivery fee and it would be at my house in 6 weeks. 5 weeks later and hadn't hear anything I called to check the status of my order the guy that answered the phone told me to hold multiple times and told me he was getting ready to close, was very short with me and I was frustrated asked when my order would arrive he told me that I hadn't clicked a button on the liability agreement so they had been waiting on that and as soon as I did that they would send my pool out I told them how frustrated I was that they have $1900 of my money and only needed 1 button clicked and couldn't at least call and let me know he assured me that they would get it sent out as soon as they had that done, as we were getting off the phone the man started talking about me before hanging up all the way saying "well you're the one who dropped the ball" I immediately called back and told him I heard what he said and he started yelling at me over and over again saying I was rude it was my fault the pool hadn't been shipped and I dropped the ball then hung up on me. I tried to call back and nobody would answer. I had my husband call the next day to check our order status because I submitted the liability agreement the rude man said I dropped the ball on and he talked to a lady who told him that everything was submitted and we would receive an email with our tracking # in the next few days. It is now 2 weeks later everytime we call the phone is busy, we have texted and was told to email (we did) which we have gotten no response from. So it has been over 10 weeks since we ordered, they have $1900 of our money and we have nothing and nobody will respond.

Ordered a liner and had it installed. Liner seams are inside out. No way to keep it clean as algae and dirt will get trapped under excess seam material. We are now out $600 for liner and $1,000 for install and Family Pool Fun promise of 100% satisfaction is a lie.NO calls back. Their site allows you to order liners and after taking your money they tell you a few dys later its 7-8 weeks before you get the liner. Summer will be over. I am sick over this.

I ordered a pool in March 2021 from the website. After 2 weeks of no contact with the company I reached out to find out the estimated delivery. I was unable to talk to someone in person and finally got through to someone via email. I was given another number to call. The person on that end of the phone couldn't give me the estimated date of delivery and transferred me to someone else. A couple of days later, someone did contact me about an additional delivery fee that I had to pay up front. A few more weeks passed with nothing, so I reached out again and was told it would arrive by the end of May. Today I called and they said that it would be June because the manufacturer took too many orders. I haven't paid for the actual pool, so I just wanted to cancel the order and the representative said I had to go to the website to do it. I called customer service on the website and she said I had to cancel from website. What a racket... I am now trying to figure out how to cancel a pool order that thankfully I didn't pay for up front, but now am left without a pool for the summer.

Does not stand behind its products

I purchased a pool in march of 2020.. received it and everything else in the package however when I put the pool up the pump quit working after 2 weeks .. I received no response back from my email or phone calls. I had to purchase a new sand pump on my own to keep my pool up and running. Then in August of 2020 my liner got a leak so small somewhere in the seam that i could not locate it.. they did respond to my email asking for picture of tear in seam and a video of what my pump was doing. I could not send a video as it had quit working completely in June! Now because of the no liner with water the wind had taken down part of my pool and i then asked them for make and model as it was nowhere on my invoice so i could buy 1 piece to fix it .. nothing.. thanks to their awful service the extremely windy day yesterday took down my entire pool.. when you pay almost 2000 dollars for a pool you do expect them to stand behind their word.. This company should be closed down with how awful they treat their customers

Purchased Arizona Grand 52 pool in Feb. 2021 Still waiting on the pump . Several excuses as to why it has not been sent. No return call to me and when you call you get hung up on or told no one has spoken to you or your claim has been put in to many times. Do yourself a favor DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. MY ATTORNEY IS NOW INVOLVED. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GIVE YOU ALL OF WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

We ordered our pool in April. Was told it would be across states before end of May, And it was! They upgraded ladder due to not having the one we ordered. The box was missing the hardware to put it together but after a couple of E-mails a they called me and took care of problem. I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews, but we took a chance and they proved themselves. My only advise would be for them to have a detailed packing list on the pallet so you can check parts as you unpack.
Know what you want before you order and stay on top of shipping/order status...

Phone ordered a foam pad for under my gorilla pad. When installer came to put new liner in he opened the box and said it was the same gorilla pad I already had.
Called and they said to email returns. No response so I emailed Jay he wrote back and said I had the correct item.
Spent 164.00 from them an 200 at local Bonnie and Clyde's to get foam for under the gorilla pad.. still no RMA number to return item.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! when you order, they tell you what you want to hear. They sent half of a pool and told me they did not know when the other parts would arrive. I sent all parts back and still have received no correspondence or a refund of over 7k!!!

Ordered my pool last July was assured I would get it month after month but it never came. Blamed it on covid but said that I would for sure have it by end of April 2021.Wasn't delivered so I cancelled my order and was told 18 business days to receive my check.
I have not received my refund as of today. I have call numerous times and was told only 1 person could help me so they would email her and have her contact me which she has never done.

Ordered a pool; on line the site said pool was pending then after 3-4 weeks order states CANCELED. I called and was told an employee called my cell 3x and I hung up on her THIS IS BS!!
Now to reorder pool it’s 8weeks out to deliver and $600 more than original order price.
I wish I read reviews first; usually I do; after this experience I will read reviews before ordering anything. On web site it clear states do Not call regarding tracking an order. I’m waiting for email response since phone calls are a no no
Very poor business practices!! Was my order canceled to have me reorder and pay a higher price. I had 3 upgrades on original order and it was pretty much same price they now want for just pool with out any upgrades.I will never use this vendor again and will dissuade anyone else using them. Word of mouth is more damaging than any advertising. They need to be put out of business!!

I ordered over $700 worth of pool floats and one vacuum cleaner back in April. My order was pending for THREE WEEKS before they cancelled it. I tried to contact by phone several times, by text message, support ticket, and email. Not one helpful person there! I barley got a response back and when I did I was just asking the same thing over and over again. 'What is going on with my order?!' If you want pool supplies go elsewhere!!

Totally agree with other customers that if I can give a zero rating, I would! I placed an order and was trying to confirm it. I just received the call to confirm my order, and from the moment I pick up the phone the person who was supposed to take care of me as a customer who is deciding to spent his money on your company was really disrespectful and unprofessional to the point that hang up the phone on me, She wanted me to explain her why the billing address was different from the shipping address. My business debit card obviously has my business address on it, IT'S A BARBERSHOP, that's why the pool wasn't going to be delivered to that address instead I wanted it to be shipped to my home address. For some reason the representative, which I wish I knew her name, was arguing why I did not have the same shipping and billing address! She can easily look it up on GOOGLE and she will see that it is a Barbershop, not a home. I told her to cancel the order, because if I used the same card to reorder, it would go through because the card has two addresses in the bank account. Just for the company record if you don't want to lose customers, train your staff in how to talk and treat customers. She was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I know that my $3000 order will not make you any richer but who knows how many $1000 you can lose for the type of employee that just calls me; SHE SHOULD GET ANOTHER JOB!

If I could put zero stars I would. Don't buy from this company. I had ordered pool steps from them back in Feb. Never delivered. Their records say it was delivered. Now they don't want to talk to us. They are not answering their own customer service request forms. I will be contacting my credit card company about a refund and handling the company. Will also be contacting BBB. Awful experience.

We bought a pool cover in Aug 2020 and we received it promptly. However, it was the wrong cover and did not fit the pool. We contacted them through emails and phone conversations, showing them pictures and proving that we ordered the right product but received the wrong one. They finally stopped talking to me. We contacted our bank and filed a dispute. We finally received our money back in late Apr 2021, thanks to our bank and our documentation. Not sure how this company is still doing business. Wish I had done better research into them before buying.

Ordered a pool 4/11/2021 no pool yet and now they are saying end of may. They have my money and I have nothing. Don't order from this company.

Absolute scam of a company. Took our money and then completely ghosted. Never responded to emails and all phone numbers were false numbers. Only contacted us when we disputed the charges, and instead of helping they said to stop the dispute or they will cancel our order. So order cancelled! Please save yourself the headache!!!
