We waited 1h for car being delivered back to T5! Each time we called we were told driver is almost there! When finally arrived not even apologised! Awful nit what you expect from meet and greet!

After complaining over a month ago I received an email from the complaint dept
Starting with, greetings of the day crap
Asking for before pictures which we didn't make ,but they did, explained they took before pictures and just received another email stating we need to send before pictures ,as they know it's a waste of time trying to get compensation from them ,they certainly don't know how a company works as the can't speak English ,if you book with them , you will regret it especially after reading these reviews

If I could give this company one star I certainly would. They are diabolical. We called the company using the mobile number provided 30 minutes prior to drop-off as instructed only to be told they had no record of our booking. We gave the reference number and the date on which the booking was made and paid for, yet they still insisted that they had no record of it. It did not help that the person on the phone had a very heavy accent and was extremely difficult to understand what he was saying. The post code provided with the booking took us to a totally different location from where we were supposed to be. During this time, we received three phone calls asking us where we were. When we arrived at the drop-off point, the driver was nowhere to be seen. We had to call him twice to find out where he was. When he arrived, he still insisted we had not made the booking. (The company had called us two days prior the drop-off day confirming the date and time of drop-off.) It was not until we produced a copy of the email confirmation that they took the car, but this did not instil any confidence in us.

On our return we called the company, as instructed, once we had collected our luggage and surprise surprise, they had no record of our car being picked up by them and they stated they did not have our car. Again, it was very hard to understand the person on the phone due to their heavy accent. After a great deal of to-ing and fro-ing and giving them the phone number of the driver who had picked up our car, they finally located it. This all took around an hour and a half, which, after a 19-hour day of travelling was the very last thing we needed. When the car was brought to us, the driver handed over the keys and left, not a word of apology or anything at all. The car itself was in a very sorry state. It was covered in tree sap and bird poo. There was also a small dent at the back.

This is the worst experience we have ever had with meet and greet. I would advise everyone to steer clear of Express Parking Heathrow.

I just received a parking fine for £100 as they parked my car from the minute they picked up from me to the minute they dropped off at the Plough pub- they were caught with photo evidence.

And I confirm that I waited 1 hour after I called them to drop off my car, obviously now I realise they had to go to the pub to get my car....YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE IN A SECURE LOCK-UP. NO INSURANCE WILL COVER YOU.

Dropoff was fine. On return they took 1 hr 15 m to return my car despite promising 30 mins when we first called them. Had to chase up several times and only got a call back to say driver was 10 mins away. Car had dints in the door which I could see as soon as he parked up. Told the driver and he said email head office. Sent pictures and got 1 email back asking for a "before" photo but haven't heard anything since then despite chasing. I won't be using them again.

Waited an hour at the terminal when dropping the car off, despite following the instructions to call 30 minutes before arrival. A week after we returned we got a £100 parking fine as our vehicle had been parked illegally for 1.5 hours the day before we got back!! AVOID

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all cost.

Arrival service is very poor. Kept moving me from floor to floor. Eventually when I did collect the car was filthy, covered in dirt and pollen.

About two weeks after I have now received a PCN. The car was driven to a different location the day before arrival and not parked correctly. Company is not communicating back regarding the PCN.

I would not use this service again.
The instructions provided were incorrect, which caused confusion from the start. Although I notified them of my arrival 30 minutes in advance as required, the driver still arrived late. As a result, I had to pay £8 in parking fees unnecessarily for him to exit the car park and he was late!
To make matters worse, after moving my son’s car, it was left unlocked, which we could see via the app. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about vehicle security.
The return experience was even worse. The driver was late again, and when I called the contact number, the person I spoke to was rude and raised their voice. Blaming traffic did not seem credible, especially given it was half term.
Overall, this was a stressful experience and a waste of money. I expected a reliable service but received the opposite. When the drive arrived he was rude there was no apology and we had to pay £8 to exit the car park.

Rude staff, no structure what so ever and insanely slow. Waited an hour both when dropping off and picking up my car, On collection my car is absolutely filthy, half a tank gone and had been put in sport mode so clearly someone’s had fun the week I’ve been away.

Absolute bandits any positive review on this page will 100% be fake.

The one star is solely for the departure service, which went smoothly and without any issues.

Unfortunately, the arrival experience was an absolute disaster. Upon landing, we called the driver and were told he would arrive within 10 minutes. A few minutes later, he called back claiming there was too much traffic around Terminal 2, the terminal we had specified when booking, and informed us that our only options were to either wait up to two hours for the vehicle or make our own way to Terminal 5 to collect it.

This completely defeats the purpose of paying for a meet-and-greet parking service, especially when travelling as a group with a lot of luggage. We booked this service for convenience, yet when we needed it most, we were left to sort things out ourselves.

To make matters worse, the driver's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. After that call, numerous attempts to contact him from different phone numbers went unanswered.

Our attempts to get to Terminal 5 to collect the car also proved futile. There were no direct trains available, and the journey required three separate bus connections, all while managing a large amount of luggage. We eventually had to make our way back to Terminal 2 and wait. We eventually got the car 3 hours later.

If you are booking a meet-and-greet service for convenience and professionalism, look elsewhere. Based on our experience, this company failed to deliver either.

DO NOT USE!

As reported earlier, they keep the vehicle a long way from the airport, then a day or so before our return they moved it just to the west of the Heathrow approach road.

Arrived at terminal 2, expected to pick up car ready for a long drive back to Cornwall. Had considerable luggage.

Told us we had to go to Terminal 5, or we would have to wait for at least two hours.

Took us nearly an hour to get to Terminal 5 at the parking location.

Waited another 45 minutes for the car to arrive. He said they had washed the car, which was a complete lie..

Then, the car was damaged. There was a scratch on the drivers door. A nearly new £60K car!

Still trying to get a response from them after more than 3 weeks.

We will try to put them out of business if they fail to respond effectively to the complaint.

Avoid at all costs, nothing express about it. Car is parked off airport and you are charged for arriving and departing, if you are lucky it will only cost £8 each time...
Feels a bit like a one man band operation, really hard to get through to phone line when arriving as instructed. Had to wait a long time for someone to collect our car because they hadn't got the terminal update. We were early but would have been late for check in if we'd arrived on time. Wait time for car to be returned was over an hour but ours was luckily clean. We saw another car that had a lot of tree debris on the back.

We always book meet and greet as we are travelling with 2 young children and after a long flight we prefer the convenience of our car being at the airport ready for us.  

Every other company I have used has always been prompt ... it took EXPRESS PARKING 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES to return our car. I first called at 7.13am once we had collected our luggage. I was told to wait in terminal and the driver would call me shortly. After 20 minutes, still no call so I phoned again. I was told "driver on way" .... another 10 mins passed, no call from driver so I called again. Told "10 minutes". After nearly 30 phone calls to the number given to us and a threat to call police, we finally got our car back at 9.00am !!!

As per other reviews, it was filthy. But after the ordeal of waiting so long and seriously wondering if our car had in fact been stolen ... I was just happy to get it back.

Whilst we were waiting there was another family sat waiting too ... they first called about 15mins after us ... so were also waiting a long time.

Very disappointing experience. I’d give them minus stars if I could.

After returning from a lovely family holiday, I collected my car and immediately noticed damage to the driver's side alloy wheel. The damage looked fresh and happened while the vehicle was in their care. The employee who returned my car seemed keen to leave quickly and even forgot his phone in my car at the drop-off. When I asked him about the damage, he simply told me to call the office rather than providing any explanation.
There were other issues too. My car was spotless when I dropped it off, but it was returned covered in what looked like tree sap. I was also given incorrect collection instructions. I was told to go to Terminal 5, only to find there were no trains running, just buses. After waiting nearly an hour, I was then told to go back to Terminal 3 where I had to wait another 40 minutes not what you really want after a 8 hour flight

I have emailed the company requesting that the damaged wheel be repaired over a week ago to . I have a video showing the condition of my car when it was dropped off, and the employee who collected the vehicle also completed a video walk-around inspection, which should clearly show the wheel was undamaged when the car was handed over

They are a bunch of clowns running a corrupt business with no care to peoples vehicles.

Avoid at all cost.

They took an hour to bring the car once we arrived back & phoned up for it; they say its normally maximum 30 mins.

Their customer services was also very curt and difficult to understand (heavily accented).

The car was covered in pollen and such.

Recently used them when I went on vacation, got home and within 3 weeks I have received a parking ticket for £100! Instead of my car being parked safely and legally it was left overnight in a pub car park. I have sent several emails to request that they contact the company to pay the fine but not had any response. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!!!!

incorrect info given, wait times for collection were a lie, items stolen from car & 2 weeks later, received a parking ticket. I dont believe they park the car in a secure car park, im convinced they park on a road. they take no responsibility & refuse to communicate.

We  waited OVER 2hours . I gave the driver a call after 45 minutes of waiting he spoke Very rudely said can’t you see airport busy. 
There are so many other companies dropping and picking up cars continuously. Our car had still not arrived. When I tried calling the driver to find out how far he is. His rejecting our calls. 
This kind of service is not acceptable 
Finely after over 2 hours when our car was bought to us it was damaged. There was a huge scratch on the door and a huge dent near the wheel.
I have on several occasions and have sent so many emails. I am having no luck getting a reply.

Do not use this company. I waited 2 hours for them to arrive they said the battery went flat. They turned on the cabin light and left it on for 2 weeks. Company is a joke

Waited an hour for collection on arrival at the airport and almost missed our flight. Waited two hours for our car to be returned and were made to travel from T3 to T5 to get a car. Complete joke of a company.
