Can’t say enough positive for the customer service from Ricky and Eastwood staff to take care of an issue with a welding cart purchased. Excellent communication, problem solving and friendliness. I’ve made several purchases and am always happy. This is the first time that I’ve needed to solve an issue and they were terrific. I’ve already purchased more and will again. Thanks!

First of all I was born in Pennsylvania so I am happy to support a company from there. I have been an Eastwood customer for many years and I appreciate that when I order something it will be shipped quickly and will receive an email telling me when I will receive it. I especially like that I can order an OEM paint that matches my vehicle. Will stay on my "go to" list.

I ordered a non-aresol sprayer that arrived per the shipping type with no damage to the box. The item is well built and the quality of the item is good. I will recommend both the item and Eastwood after many years of business.

I ordered a spray can of OEM-colored paint for a 2018 Toyota 4Runner using the code on the manufacturer's door plate. Once the paint was applied, the color was substantially darker. I reached out to customer service for help, which started a 3-week doom loop of requests, denials and avoidance. After multiple calls and emails with all of the information they requested, I'm handing Eastwood the win in this war of attrition. I will never buy from this company again.

This is one of the few places I could find with a formula for the paint on my older car. I read the Eastwood information on paint. I ordered a quart of paint as I just needed enough to do the engine compartment and spot in a place inside the driver door, on the rocker. I would have ordered a non mixed quart of paint but was told I was going to get a mixed quart. I wish I had the option to just get the paint, and I would have thinned it myself to paint. I only found out I was getting a mixed paint by asking if I could use my Acme reducer in their paint.

What went wrong this time?
I bought two aerosol cans of paint to paint the front nose of my 2023 Cadillac XT4. It took two cans of paint to put on one coat. I normally would of went to the paint store and bought a quart, which would of been way more enough to paint this piece with 3 coats. Waste of money. Now I will have to prepare the nose again and by repaint. Doesn't spray evenly. Expensive lesson. It would take 6 cans which is more in cost than than buying the a quart of base coat and clear coat. I even bought a can of clear coat that I won't be using. Over a 100.00 for junk

Unfortunately the aerosol spray had no color/tint to it. Seems like it was just a clear I was spraying. Not worth the cost would have been better off to try a Rust Olem color that was close.

Had exactly what I was looking for; received order quickly and precisely when they told me I would receive. Will definitely use them again!

Love when you place an order and it automatically redirects you to a “rebate” for $20 then get charged for $25 without warning.

I've purchased oem paint twice now and also a powder coat system. I've had no issues so far. I did purchase the epoxy primer to give it a test run on the 370z so hopefully it turns out well. I would say they're a bit pricey, but after just the first purchase of paint for my challenger, I'm sold and it's well worth it!

Even though the premixed paint was the wrong color the customer service was great. We got the correct color and will continue to move forward with the project.

Placed first order and all went well. Then I placed a larger second order around 800 dollars. Package was damaged in transit and shipped back to company. The only way I found out was when I called company and they told me they would reship that day. Called back today and they still haven't shipped. They are nice in phone but you can't trust what they tell you. I will probably end up doing a charge back for items not received. It's just really bad customer service.

The product appears to work fine. It was just applied a day ago. The reason I rated this a 3 was the shipping charge of 15.78. I think that was excessive considering my order was 12.57. My fault for not paying attention. I would have checked out other companies as I am sure I could find lower shipping charges. Next time I will.

Absolute waste of 100 bucks and time. Mostly a product commercial that you have to pay for. Very low amount of information to learn stuff. Much better educational information on You Tube. If your looking to learn to do things, stay far, far away from these series.

Lesson learned, Painting out of the spray can and it looks it too. looks like someone threw sand at it. i don't recommend using the spray can.

The things I have ordered from Eastwood, paints, sealers etc have been of excellent quality and shipped to me in a very reasonable amount of time. I have zero complaints with this company and I will not hesitate to buy more from them.

I would never buy from Eastwood.com again.

Be aware that if you need to return an item, they charge a 10% restocking fee and you also have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. That's an expensive penalty just for returning a product.

If you buy the same item through Amazon, you may pay a slightly higher price, but you'll avoid these unnecessary return costs and have a much better return experience.

Very disappointing return policy and not customer-friendly. Make sure you're 100% certain before ordering.

This was my first order with Eastwood. I have seen them and have checked out some of their items in the past, but really never moved on anything. This time the deal was too good to pass up and I placed my order for a great beginner Powder Coating gun. This thing is great and so was the ordering process and shipping time! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Haven’t received order yet. Took a week before ordered shipped.
