Do not book with this company!! Uncontactable and will take your money and run. I have been calling non stop for 3 weeks and have not heard anything. I am reliant on getting my licence for my job and if I don't make the deadline I will be unemployed. I stated this when I booked my lessons and was reassured it would be fine but it was all lies. I will have to look into legal action as I am no further with getting an answer or my money back.

I paid for a ten lesson package over two weeks ago now, was told an instructor would contact me within 7 days. I’ve been harassed by the sales team, but nothing from an instructor. I’ve tried contacting the company in different contact numbers they provide, none of which are answered by a human being. I’ve texted their contact number, I’ve used their online contact forms and even tried emailing, and yet still no reply!!! These people have £135 of my money and I want it back. Even after a reply on this site saying they would deal with it, with urgency, I’ve still not heard anything at all. I believe this company is a complete scam, and are just stealing people’s money for fun. I would like to add after the reply from drive dynamics, I have not received an email saying I’ll get a refund, that’s also a crock.......

I do wonder how busy the TV show “Rip off Britain” are and if they need some work. This company is terrible.

Every single day off work I have I’ve got to chase my money back after the instructor assigned to my wife allowed her to drive for 20 minutes over a four hour period. Arrived late for both lessons without contact and assumed she was happy for two hour lessons without asking.

I’ve been chasing a refund since the start of November.

My last review here they replied, asking me for more details to chase it up - knowing full well it wasn’t a forum and that I couldn’t answer.

good deals that don’t exist!!!!! They take your money and run, I am waiting on a refund which apparently take 3 months to process! There is no customer service and every time you call you get fobbed off! Do not book with them! I am going to citizens advice for more advice.

I see our reply, fastest ive ever recueved and feedback. why would it take 3 months to process and get back to me forthe refund? The customer service is shocking, get passed around still not spoken to right person and called up about 10 times spent hours on the wait, listening to you advertise a service that isnt there. To say it frustrating is an understatement.
2 month ahead still not received my refund, been advised could Be 6 months, will be going to Bradford to solve this with the office. You don’t answer the phone after 15 minutes listening to your fake recording that frustrates me more you hang up! So will solve this face to face it with the court! I’ve told trading standards and my local citizens advice is very helpful in sorting the small courts claim.

Big cheats!!! Please don't go for this company for your driving lessons

It is more than a week i paid money to Drive Dynamics but no instructor has called to start the lessons. The sales team will followup with numerous call to register but once you pay the money nobody will bother to call. Worst Customer service department, they will give you false promises if you call them. I have asked to refund my money but nobody has replied yet.

Even after providing all the detail to customer services and promise of someone will get in touch soon by end of day nobody has contacted till date. Very shameless people,looting people's hard earned money.

How this is resolved? Nobody has called for no one has refunded the amount?

It's been nearly 4 months since I have been promised a refund after my driving instructor didn't show up, I have contacted them over 10 times and each time their awful customer service gives me fake promises. I'm really fed up now and don't know what to do. This company shouldn't continue to exist and keep ripping unsuspecting people off.

Has been almost two months now that they promised me a refund after quickly taking money for 20 lessons and without contacting for a week till I called them and they said there is no instructor available.
I posted a review here and I was reassured that I will get my refund ecc.
This is an absolute scam be careful!!
I will ask my lawyer how to act.
I can't believe they can still do this kind of things and not pay for it...

I have call d them on the 7th August to book lesson from my son. They asked for deposit which I paid. It's 7th November I have not heard anything. I have been trying to call them to get my deposit no answer from customer services. Kept going on the voice mail. I have emailed them no reply. Awaful company!

Went to buy driving lessons for my mother for her birthday, bought the lessons but did not hear anything back from Drive Dynamics, rang them up and ask for a refund, they said it would take 28 days, that was in JUNE.

Have contacted them several times since and received the usual lies of "refund in 28 days", still nothing, and worse still my mother has waited over 5 MONTHS to start driving lessons because this "company" has stolen our money and lied about giving it back.

All the negative reviews are true, do not even go near this lying, stealing group.

How they can still be legally aloud to exist is absolutely beyond me

Going through customer services AGAIN will not resolve anything, your customer services will just lie again, just like your being dishonest about wanting to resolve this issue. Why do I say that? Because I have been through this a few times before. I put a post on a review site, you reply saying you want to help, give me a general response and time frame for my refund, then nothing happens and we do this all again. I will keep putting reviews about your “company” until you give me my money back, because I would not wish your “company” on anyone.

I gave you my order reference in my initial post, but it’s irrelevant because you have no intention of giving me or anyone else you have scammed their money back, so I will continue to post reviews to warn others.

Give me my money back, as far as I’m concerned you have stolen it and are therefore thieves.

How am I supposed to provide you with more details? Your customer services hung up on me earlier today and you have not replied to the email I sent this morning. Tell me how to get hold of you and I will, but calling and emailing has got me nowhere. Obviously I don’t want SI put out on a public forum, so tell me how to contact you?

I booked and payed for an intensive course with this company, which was meant to start on the Monday as I booked it on the Friday. The customer representive was very friendly, polite and eager to make a deal. After payment went through, which was done via PayPal, I was later to find out I was sold a dream. Not only did I not received a phone call over the weekend, to confirm time and location for Monday. The company themselves had not called me, to check to see if I had been contacted by my instructor. I called twice on the Monday and was told on both occasions that their customer service phone line was down (busy), to my surprise the representative asked "is if about a refund?" Which I found quite werid, as I was only calling to find out why my instructor hadn't called. He told me that someone will call be back later that day. On the Tuesday I called back at 9am, their opening hours, as they perviously said their phone line was down I thought first call of the day I must be able to speak to someone. That was a lie. I was told again that the line was busy and that someone will call me back. I had than told him that I was frustated and annoyed that I've payed for a service which had successfully gone through, but your company were not playing there part by providing me with what I'ld payed for. He managed to look into it and told me that my instructor will call by 3pm that same day. 4.10 I called Paypal and requested to open a dispute to request my refund. Paypal we're happy to help as I had made payments through them. Within the hour of Paypal requesting a refund from dynamics, I was contacted by the company telling me to close the dispute and they will refund me once I did that. I received my full refund thanks to Paypal. Safer and secure. I feel that this company should be properly investigated as there are a number of unhappy customers like myself, who are willing to pay but are not given the full satication.

This company is one big fraud..
I've been played ever since 23 August 2017.
The instructor they assigned said she does not and will not cover my area and that the company knows that. I called the company back 3 days after paying and they told me they'll refund in two weeks time. I called again after 2 weeks only to be told i should send an email THEN i will receive my refund after 2 weeks. I did that and after 2 weeks someone calls me from a mobile number ( which rings, but doesn't answer any more) assuring me that i will receive my refund at the 6th of October 2017. I waited until them and nothing happened. And ever since I've been calling and ignored. 6th of November someone answers and says to send a message to 07537401961 with your problem and they'll get back to you today ASAP, and of course nothing happened.
Now I'm doing it the long way through Trading Standards (Citizen Advice).
Funny thing is they have the gut to defend themselves out load.

On 25th October Customer Care from Drive Dynamics sent me an email saying I will receive my refund shortly.
I called them on 2nd November asking when will I receive my money as I have been waiting over a week after the email.
Customer Service line told me that they have been in process of changing banks then I have to wait for the money 2 days.
I haven't receive my money back since.

Where the hell is my money???

Yes you have already told the fake story about you system crash I'm not waiting till the 2nd of January to get my refund. my bank will be in contact with in due time and trading standards I will receive my money now not in January you are shameful company I will do my best to destroy your company name

I booked lessons with Drive Dynamics in May this year. I waited weeks for the instructor to contact me, to no avail. After spending hours trying to contact the company (long call waiting queues) and numerous unanswered emails and texts asking for a call back I was told that there's a high demand in the area and I will be on a month waiting list for an instructor. I decided to hold in there and wait for the instructor....... Nothing!

After more wasted time on hold to them and unanswered emails I finally managed to cancel the booking and arrange a refund. Weeks passed... No refund in my account. I called and was told it had not been processed and I will receive this in another 2 weeks...... Still no refund.

This company has been joking me around for months now. I'm at the end of my tether. Stay clear, go elsewhere for your lessons, or you'll find yourself in my situation, hundreds of pounds out of pocket and unable to go elsewhere to start learning.

I booked 10 lessons with the company in September. After reading the reviews cancelled three days late and asked for a refund. Next day someone who said they where a driving instructor phoned asking if I wanted some lessons, I said I had cancelled and asked for a refund, he said I quote
( I wish you luck with that) contacted CB and reported them, they in turn report them to the trading standards. I contacted my bank sent them copies of emails had sent and received a refund from the bank.
If you change your mind within 14 days by law you are entitled to a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE. DRIVE DYNAMICS DO THIS EVERYDAY.
If you cancel within 14 days get onto your bank and get a refund.
If you have had a lesson or leave it longer, try the small claims court or KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE

Always learning something new hopefully I’ll be passing before the end of the year one of the best companies to go with

From being a beginner from never sitting in a drivers seat before I am so impressed on how my Instructer has got me driving confidently after only 6 hours I would recommend drive dynamics to anyone wanted to drive me and my 2 brothers have all used drive dynamics and all has brilliant experience thanks for the support

Drive dynamics is very bad company. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEN FOR ANYTHING!
I paid for driving lessons online in July 2017 and waited for weeks for an instructor which I never got. After telephoning and waiting on the queue for average of 15-30 minutes I was told sorry there is no driver for your address and we will give you a refund.
Today is 3rd of November and I still have not received my refund.
I have written two complaints which i sent by email and none has benn acknowledged or answered uotill now.
I have called several times and average waiting is about 20 minutes to get through. The staff tell me different things which I don’t believe anymore. I am going to take legal action against this company. Customer service is awful and terrible.

I can honestly say with drive dynamics..they where there all the way. Great service and great value for money. I past my driving test doing an intense course which benefitted me. I was never dissapointed at all and always looked forward to each lesson i had. Many Thanks drive dynamics and all involved.
