I used to work for these scam bags, still chasing these thieves £600 that they need to pay me for work I did for them

I paid for lessons but was never assigned an instructor. I contacted customer service six times, each time waiting over 40 minutes. Interestingly, I found that selecting the ‘new customer’ option when calling got me through immediately, suggesting different treatment for new and existing customers. After repeated unfulfilled promises of callbacks and refunds, I initiated a chargeback. Disappointing experience overall.

I was told I will receive my refund in 2018 after 14 days it’s 2024 no refund 😂

Hi I was a driving instructor working with drive dynamic driving school franchise for over 2year they scammers tucked nearly 70,000 pounds company disperse I can find the owner husband and wife doing franchise scams it’s been long time even my lawyer can’t find them please help me to find these scammer I trying to get bbc watch dog get them involve but I can’t hold of them to catch these scammers 60/70k is lots money for had working parsons please if anyone knows where are they maybe they doing business different names that ugly Bich she always wears lots of sh’ton her face

Do not use this company, they are scammers. They reel you in with the advert and deduct your money from your account. I am £167 still owing. They should be banned from advertising.

Absolutely vile people and vile company. To ny great satisfaction, I learned that the couple(Mr and Ms Mcdonald, who ran this crime operation have been sentenced.
They should never be allowed to trade or runa business again - filthy crooks. Justice served!!

I joined this company to learn how to drive, I paid £800 for a package which included my theory test. I have 5 lessons with my instructor (who was on the phone most of the time so I wasn't learning much). Then my instructor went on holiday and I tried to call the company and they disappeared. I tried to go on to their website and the company wasn't there anymore.

A few years later they are still conning people with a new website and new deals. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP! IT IS A SCAM!! If you pay you won't get a refund - matter fact they will disappear with your money. DISGUSTING!

Like what everybody else said, booked driving lessons and they quite willingly took my money, but after telling me that they didn't have a driver in my area, I asked for a refund - I still haven't received an acknowledgement that this was on the way despite various emails. I have called 5 times and I'm always stuck in long queues. I managed to get through to someone today as it is a Saturday and they told me that they didn't deal with refunds and i'd have to go through the customer services line - I had before and I was on hold for 2 hours as clearly they have very little consideration of customer services and just want your money but managed to get him to begrudgingly hear my case. Apparently, he sent an email and i shall receive a call back within 40 hours from Monday (very much doubt so) but we will see. He could not answer whether they will give me a refund or not.

Since there was absolutely no response from Drive Dynamics to arrange for a Driver, she has applied for Refund and which was straight away Rejected stating that the Refund has to be applied within 14 days. As usual there was no response from Drive Dynamics, neither on the driver allocation or for Refund.

I had not expected with such poor response from Drive Dynamics who claims to have competent drivers and vehicles all across UK. Do you expect your Customer to pay £176 and wait for months together . Is Drive Dynamics running any online scandal like this and cheat the Customers.

Inspite of followups Drive Dynamics never responded and they have conveniently removed my earlier review as well. Till date not a single response back from Drive Dynamics. Full Payment wasted.

I worked at Drive Dynamics from 2010-2013.
A lot of the issues in the media/ online seems to be from 2014/15 onwards, I can’t vouch for this time.

Originally DD started out as KanKan Driving School which was a female only driving school. They had a fairly small group of loyal female driving instructors and pupils seemed happy. Then they evolved into Drive Dynamics and expanded so quickly without having the infrastructure.

Their business model was to take bookings for lessons on behalf of the local driving instructors, they would then pay it over to the instructor after their first lesson. After the first lesson the t&cs stipulated the contract was between the self employed driving instructor and the pupil, who has then been paid over your £99. They made their money from franchise fees from the instructors so the more instructors the better. The issues began to arise when they got greedy and were taking on any driving instructor; many of which repeatedly let pupils down/ took money and never took lessons.

I feel so sorry for everybody who has lost their money to Drive Dynamics. However the owners of the company have been vilified online and in the media, they are genuinely not bad people at all. I believe they got over excited by how quickly they were expanding and became out of their depth.

Don't learn with these... watch defenders UK on TV... DON'T give them your business, I had a lucky escape

So many people scammed by this company, it has now all been revealed on the BBC television programme, Defenders UK.

Just on a TV crime programme. They take your money then never turn up or give you refunds

There are many options out there - these people aren't one I promise you!!

I'd give no stars if it would let me. This was a while ago when I booked my son driving lessons in 2017. They took my money, but we didn't hear anything from anyone. In the end I tried phoning...no reply and then emailing several times with still no reply. They were based in Leeds then and in the end I went to their head office and demanded my money back. I did get it, but it was extremely stressful.

I simply cannot believe this company have moved and are trading again. My advice.. do not waste your money with this company. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the stress and upset.

disgusting customer service, price totally rip off and rude to towards customer when asking for a refund, instructors don't turn up on time. Overall dissatisfied. Will not recommend anybody to this company.

Paid roughly £150.00

Heard nothing since so I called and the advisor put me on hold then hung up...
I called in total 23 times and they kept putting me on hold then hung up! When I eventually grabbed someone and said DO NOT put me on hold they then told me “there’s an admin area”. They then again hung up... they ignored all my emails so I went to my bank and explained the situation’ LUCKILY NatWest clawed my money back and I got the full amount back within 24 hours!

I paid this company and didn’t hear back in 3 weeks! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MINEY!

No idea how this company hasn’t been shut down or investigated!

Have emailed, had numerous telephone calls for a refund of £453.50 with no solution, then total silence. Now taking legal action. Would give negative stars if possible. Do not use this company

Would have scored them negative 5 stars if that was possible.

I am due a refund from 2017. Grave silence from them. Completely ignored my emails and complain calls.

Not sure I I'll be able to get any refund via Ombudsman but I will try.
