Refusing to give back my girlfriends money after 4 months. We have had no choice but to take this to small claims court. They keep saying that it will be refunded, started at 10 days now it’s at 12 weeks. By law the refund has be done with in 14 days.

No wonder trading standards are logging a case against them

Thieves!!! This is the only word I can use for this company. I paid them for 20 hours and they didn’t pay the instructor so classes cancelled!!! I ve been trying for more than 3 days to get in hold with them and nobody calls me back or answer my emails. When I call their only number “they are extremely busy” they are extremely busy hiding and getting your money. Avoid this dodgy company they are just thieves !!!!

I paid for 10 lessons in November for my sons birthday present.
Two weeks after the instructor contacted me to say that he had left the company and I should get a refund as this company are terrible and fraudsters.
Well I have contacted them every day since then and I can never ever get through on the phone lines it’s always busy and there’s never any responses to my emails and texts
I’m so upset as this was my sons 18th birthday present and I just don’t know what to do

SO NOW I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK TO INVESTIGATE THESE CROOKS BANK ACCOUNT WHERE I PAID MY MONEY THROUGH BACS SO SORT CODE AND ACCOUNT HAVE NOW BEEN PROVIDED HOPEFULLY THESE CRIMINALS WILL HAVE TO CEASE TRADING AND FREEZE THIER ASSETS TOO. I don't even think they even deserve one star.

I paid for lessons totalling to £450 on September 2016. However, the next day I decided to cancel because I chose to focus on university rather than driving lessons. They told me that the instructor would call me in the next 2 or 3 days and I would just need to let them know about the situation.

Because no one called, called them and they told me they will process the refund themselves in the next week. I waited a week and called them up since nothing had happened and they told me I would have to wait 14-21 days. Due to that, I decided to wait for the period of time they stated. By this time, it was the end of October. I called them and also emailed multiple times in a day, let alone the week but they were not helpful at all - kept asking me for the same information. They kept telling me that the refund is processing and I replied telling them it has been over a month or two.

Eventually, I submitted a form to the ombudsman and they failed to help. I resorted to contacting my bank (Santander) and they told me to speak to the fraud department. I was then sent documents to fill in about the situation and also provide supporting evidence (emails and bank statement showing the money was taken out). Santander were much more helpful than the company itself and they issued me the refund - by this time, it was January 2017.

Long story short - if you are having difficulties with getting a refund, ask your bank if they can help!

I previously wrote a bad review for Drive Dynamics before but I have to write another one because I feel like this company needs to be closed down.

Any reputable company knows that it’s the customers that ensure the survival of a business but yet this company have so many unsatified customers and I think I can speak for all of us and say that we feel like we have been ROBBED AND WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. What is the big problem with providing refunds? They say they are backed up with providing refunds (for me that speaks for itself) and they also lie.

If you read my first review they state that they don’t know who I am but yet they finally responded to my emails the next day (coincidence I guess). In the email they said that it takes up to 12 weeks to give refunds. It’s been over 13 weeks now and still nothing. I’ve simply had enough, this company is unprofessional and they need to be closed down or at least Investigated in order for them to make necessary changes and improve their services.

I have been in contact with Trading Standards, Action Fraud and even Watchdog and they all know about this company already so hopefully are complaints are finally making a difference. After speaking to citizens advice my next step will be the small claims court and I’m going to speak to my local newspaper.

I’m trying to provide new customers with ways in which you can get your money back. If it is early days contact your bank and have the payment reversed and make a fraud claim. Please avoid this company, they are unprofessional and incapable of catering for all of their customers.

These scoundrels don't deserve a single star, in fact they deserve negative stars.
Its a shame that no authorised agency is taking action on this rouge(DD) company despite several complaints.

I booked lessons with Drive Dynamics in March of 2017 and till this day I have not received one lesson from this company. Please do not do business with them as their customer service is a joke. I have tried to speak to their customer service department but for the past month I can't get through to them. The message I get that the lines are busy which I this is BS, to be honest. I will be taking them to court soon people need to be aware of this company

If I could leave this company less than 1 star then I would! I paid £662 for 20 hours of driving lessons on 14th November 2017, however after seeing various articles about this company I rang them the next day to request a full refund. I was told I would get my refund within 2-3 days. I sent the email to them stating that I wished to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period to which I received a response asking if I still wanted my lessons??

After emailing several times and calling on numerous occasions, I realised this company is a complete SCAM. I was calling several times a day only to have the phone put down on me after I told them who I was, there emails are generic to all the emails they send out - they are now saying 12 weeks for refund as they have a BACK LOG of refunds!!! Doesn't look good for them does it??

I have spoken with Trading Standards and Action Fraud who are looking into this matter for me.

After losing my Son shortly after birth in May 2017 this is the last thing I wanted to have to deal with and everyone at this company should be ashamed of themselves as they all must know its a complete SCAM!

Today I am putting in an application to the Small Claims Court - I advise everybody else to do the same!

Been waiting for two weeks just for any contact from the company. Dad and friendly is far from the truth. My name is Archie Timms and paid for 10 lessons. Will seek refund through the bank. Have fun with unrecieved product from bank driving dynamics :)

I have written a complaints form twice and requested a call back numerous times with no response. This has been going on for the last two weeks this is completely unacceptable. If I do not hear back from them I shall be taking this further to the ombudsman. Absolutely unacceptable !

stay well away from these twarts. drive dynamics is an absolute fraud. I was carried away by their offers. i paid £150 for 15 lessons. My instructor was very good he gave me 8 hours but he had to leave me there as drive dynamics did not even pay him a single hours while he said he has delivered over 150 hours. i am very unlucky to lose such a great instructor. anybody who wants to learn plz do not go to this cheap company. They will take ur money but will not offer the service u paid for. Now I am asking for my refund but these frauds do not answer my phone and email either.I would advise all again not to pay them any money upfront if you do then u are done as they are complete fraud.

I went with them and paid £100+ for 10 hours worth of lessons, now I’ve only had 6 of them paid hour and not refunded the last 4 hours as they didn’t pay my driving instructor, I would not recommend this driving school at all!

I payed 2 months ago and I haven’t received any services, it is so hard just to get through to them and when I did they just kept saying they will sort it. they blocked my number so I am unable to contact them. If this happens to you I advise you to contact PayPal to receive your money back

My driving instructor is great, really knows his stuff, this is my first time taking lessons and he is really great with showing me the rope, attentive to my learning and lessons, would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, good value for money. I had previous instructors with different companies but none helped mw gain the confidence to not feel nervous on the road until drive dynamics, made me feel comfortable and at ease and able to deal with any hazzards with ease. Have recommended to many friends.

I found drive dynamics through a friend and noticed they had great deals I rang for one of the packages and was waiting over a month for an instructor every time I rang they put the phone down I then started my lessons and had a great instructor but was told my instructor wasnt doing lessons anymore as drive dynamics didn’t pay him so because drive dynamics don’t know how to pay there instructors I lost out on my money as I already payed for 10 of my lessons and only got 6 I would not recommend drive dynamics to anyone as they are absolutely awful I’m guaranteed no money back even though it is there fault I did not receive all my lessons!!they are scam, they ignore calls and emails so they don’t have to refund anyone.
