I suppose I was actually lucky in that after paying for the initial 10 lessons, I did get an instructor. Sadly it all went downhill after that. Eight months and £1500 later I took my theory and my instructor said he would recommend I put straight in for my test- great you might think, but no- how on earth was I ever going to pass a test when my instructor had only ever taught me one manoeuvre (reverse round a corner- once!). He said I was so good at the first manoeuvre that I’d have no problem with any others and so didn’t need to practice!
Oh, I almost forgot to mention that he refused to do one hour lessons- as it wouldn’t be worth his time, therefore costing me £50 per session, he was very pushy trying to make me add another hour so it would have cost me £75 per week!!!
I never actually did anything during my lessons other than drive round and round for two hours solid.
I now have another instructor who says there was no reason why my past instahould have held me back.
My new instructor (with a different company) actually takes the time to explain things verbally and with visual aids- he records what I’ve done each week and we discuss what I’ll do the next week- something my old instructor never did.
Moral of the story? Avoid drive dynamics at all costs because even if you do actually get lessons with then they then hold you back and bleed you dry for every penny you have.

As for the email mentioned on tour website, my email keeps bouncing back.

I PAID 670 for 20’houts and a test for my boyfriend in October so he can pass by his birthday in December there was no contact for weeks he then get a call and arranged a lesson the day before the driving instructor said he could not do it as he was not PAID!! We have email and emailed I have them all!! They have robbed me and that type of money don’t comeback out of nowhere I will go down to there office in Bradford so I get my money!! Anybody got a working phone number that’s actrally goes through!!! I’m fuming this isn’t the worse driving school company ever and I’m going to put it everywhere possible!!

Just had an email saying that they've ceased trading, they're under Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation. We paid for lessons for our son and now we're classed as unsecured creditors as I got him to pay using his debit card.
On a better note, he's with another driving school. Having been burnt by this experience, he paid for the first lesson then continued after that. I would NEVER EVER pay upfront for driving lessons without trying the school first.

Liars and thieves. do not part with a penny to this company, you will not get lessons and they will not refund your money.

Wouldn’t even give them a star such a bad experience I did get a refund but still took 5 months to get hold of me would never use this company had to go a lot further to get a refund then just ring them wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same experience as I had DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF INVALIDS

The worst company, they ripp off people, i payed driving lessons in October, no instructor for me and they said i will get my money back by 26th January, still nothig, no respons to my e-mais and i can not contact them on the phone as well, i will report that to the police and will look for my rights in different way

Another month gone and still no contact even though I was advised I would get a call/email several times. They have also cut off their phone lines and are forcing everyone to email their enquiry to their customer service team which seem non-existent as they never respond to you. I am 100% sure if you wanted to buy lessons they would contact you within 5 minutes. This company are clearly a scam and will promise you the world and take your money. STAY CLEAR!!!!

Don't go with them, they have no intention of giving a refund back or to get in contact I've been waiting since October for a refund,I paid £250.00 for lessons for no instructor to get touch asked for a refund got told I'll get it in 7 days still waiting not good when u have a small baby and it was money that my uncle gave me before he passed away and wanted me to be on the road

Paid £105.95 for the 10 lessons in May 2017!! 10 months ago now, I never received any contact from them! I then proceeded to call and request a full refund which the lady I spoke to said it would be 14 days to back to my account!
10 Months later I am still waiting for this to happen!
I’ve spoke to trading standards and citizens advice to which I’ve attempted to call email and write to drive dynamics and had no response what so ever!

Avoid them at all costs! Not worth the haste!!

I am still waiting for a refund, never had any sort of reply or contact since my last review, you are fraudsters and that is my next point of call ! I am even going through the small claims process and not heard a word. You are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am not going to let this go. You have NO decency whatsoever and I hope they do close you down so you can not cheat anymore people. Driving lessons should be an exciting part of life's experiences and you have done the opposite to hundreds of people. Have the decency to call me and refund my money that you have now had 4 month disgraceful.

They are so bad , took my money 3 months ago and they do not answer , I tried to call them many time and emailed them without any response .

My boyfriend paid £62 for a block of sessions. As soon as we requested information via their website they called and sold him the lessons. We never heard back from them despite several calls and emails. Awful service. We have lost £62. I'm not sure how they are still operating.

More than a year still waiting for an instructor to call me back lol. Ended up using a different company. Asked for a refund as I actually passed last year April and no response. They do not respond to emails. When I called I was in the queue for over an hour. A lady picked up and then she put me on hold again over 30 minutes just to find out what happened to my instructor. Told me I would get the refund but till this day I have not seen the money. Do not use this company.. it’s a joke

please help me and advise. i received confirmation email from drive dynamics for a refund of GBP 770.00 in August 2017. then send me an other conformation email that refund will be processed no later then 5th JAN2018 and i have received nothing as yet. they are not picking call and not replying to my email as well. i have paid by BANK FAST TRANSFER into thier account which they provided me on the phone on AUGUST 2ND 2018.please assist and advise me how i can get my money back after victim of this fraud.

Such a bad experience. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Booked lessons, quick to get my money but no instructor yet cos they refuse to pay instructors, the instructors refuse to give lessons. I have called serials times but no one answers or replies to my email. I have requested for a refund for over two months but not even an acknowledgement. Such a pathetic service. Never again

This company is a scam. I have paid a deposit almost a month ago yet no one has allocated a driver, contacted me or respond to any of my emails. I'm not confident that I willl get my money back at this point but I am disappointed because I've used this company in the past and they was good. Hence why I wanted to return. However at this point after not being able to call, been given the run around on a number that keeps me on hold for over 30 minutes and the lack of reaction to my urgency and request is appalling. I want my money back. I have been scammed before so I'm absolutely livid.

You need to call Paypal as that is the method of payment and explain your situation. You are covered by their scheme therefore should be able to receive your money within 10 days of complaint!
