Do not pay them any money, they are criminals who magically got away with it in the courts. Now, they've moved to Cardiff, probably changed their names, and setting up another scam.
What a wonderful justice system, scamming so many people into the 100s of thousands of pounds, but not even going to jail, unbelievable. Yet their website still exists and probably more people will get scammed. In 2017 I naively paid them 550 pound as the deal seemed too good, never got the service, nor the refund, then I've been contacted by someone saying they've been taken to court, and today I've found out they've got away with it, without going to jail. What a wonderful business plan, fooling everyone including the court.

Even though my experience with them was long time ago, as I can see from more recent reviews, nothing changed. Their stanrard scheme - give you many promisses, take your money and good luck reaching them after that. Just terrible company! I was asking for my money for a few months. Luckily got them back through my bank, telling that I paid for services I have never received. Moreover, they delete all nagative reviews from their Facebook page! My comment was deleted 3 times or so. Just please don't risk, find yourself a better driving school.

I worked as an Instructor for this bunch for just under a year about 8 years ago.

Do not pay these people any money up front. You will not get refunded and the money you paid has certainly not been paid to the Instructor so you can claim it back from him/her.

I am astounded to see this company is still operating. They need serious investigation with a view to closing them down.

I can't believe these people still exist. Please don't do business with them. I paid for driving lessons nearly £400 and not even one lesson was delivered. It's been 3 years now, promised a refund but up to now I got nothing.

Nearly 3 years now since I have paid £248 for 10 lessons with Driver Dynamics and it took their instructor more than 14 days to reply to me. The instructor clearly said that they didn't pay her so she she could not do my lessons.
After many hours of calls and many emails, I have been promised to get a refund by 6/6/17 but now it is 9/01/2020 and I have not received any.

This company steals your money!! Never received my refund despite calling more than 10 times. Disgusting company!

Genuinely not sure how these people are still going. No contact, still have my money 2 years later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and never sort any lessons for you!

Very worst customer service - Money cheating
I had booked 10 drive lessons classes and paid £114.95 over phone in 07/JULY/2016. Drive Dynamics was not able to find instructor. So I have called for them to refund the money. The customer service person has asked to me email for refund. Hence, I have emailed so many time, called more than 4 times (each time I waited 40 mins avg to get person). Everytime I spoke to the customer service person, I have received same answer that "We are not able to find the payment record and there may be some issue in our system. Shall we call you back in 24hr or 48hr or 72hrs? " But I have received their payment email. How system sends payment confirmation and they are not able to find the payment. NO one has called me back any of those call. NO EMAIL, NO CALLS. It is almost 4 months gone. I am not able to get my money back.

*** Please you don't cheat anyone **** You need pay refund if you can't find instructor.

I originally booked 20 hours for £500, to take place over 4 days. I booked it on the Tuesday to start on the Wednesday as my test was on the Saturday.

I had then had my first 5 hours on the Wednesday then I had a text later that day saying he is going to have to cancel. I then rang up the office and I was told I had another driver who was going to ring me later that day. Which I never got. I then had to ring back on the Thursday and was told that she got a text at 3am saying that he couldn't do it.

2 driving instructors and I've only had one lesson.

I was then told that I've been given another instructor who will contact me. He did and I was told I could only have 5 hours on the Saturday. This was not what I booked. But as my test was on Saturday I couldn't say no as I would of lost my money for the test.

I had rang up again to talk to someone about it, I was then told he was one of the best instructors on the firm and if I was to fail then I would get a refund and also another test which drive dynamics would pay for.

I failed on the Saturday and I was then having to ring up again to talk to someone. I then was told I would get a call back from someone to book my test which I got and that was fine.

I had then booked it and was looking myself for a earlier test which I booked. I then text Jim the instructor, and he said that's fine and it will be £40. I said fine because I thought it would be taken from the money that I had already paid. This was not the case and he made me go to the cash point and withdraw £40 as he said he would not do take me for my lesson or test if I did not give him it.

A few days after the test I had rang up to request a full refund as I had been mucked around a lot and was not getting any benefit out of it.

I was then told that someone would call me back which I am still waiting for this phone call and I made call for the refund in March.

I had got my refund 3 months after first requesting it.

I had was a driving instructor with this shower. Do not use them. they treat both clients and their instructors in an appalling fashion.
Overbook the instructors. Fail to pay instructors what they are owed.
Promise clients the earth and never deliver.
Please look for a recommended independent driving instructor. You will save time and money.

Worse company I have dealt with, they do not respect their customers nor their staff members. /they gave me an instructor who was overbooked and overworked who instantly told me to get a new instructor. Long story short, they never gave me a new instructor and it took me 3 months to get my money back after endless calls and emails.

I was sexually harassed by my driving instructor in the south woodford area. I still had credit with Drive Dynamics when I went to uni in Sheffield, so I opted for a female driving instructor and she was genuinely a horrible person. She gave me anxiety and shouted at me during lessons so I decided to let her go via text and she desperately tried to defend her actions by saying she was a good teacher... yet I still can't drive and lost a lot of money when I was a student. They might be cheaper but in their case cheaper is NOT better.

Bought lessons, never able to contact them, it took 4 months to get through and was never provided any lessons I paid for.

I used these a couple of years back and they took around £200 from me and never showed up. Call centre but could never get through. Definitely a scam!

I was hooked in by the cheap price, I paid £135 for 10 lessons and thought I’d found such a great deal. It was then impossible to contact anyone to get a lesson or to get a refund. In the end I had to go through my credit card company to finally see my money again. It’s a complete and utter scam. Do not waste your time and potentially money.
