Like many others, if I could score no stars or minus I would have.

I arranged a collection on Friday for Monday. On Monday received the text message advising of my collection window, this passed and no updated message. Tried calling and gave up after 40 minutes.

On Tuesday I received another text message advising of the new collection window. This too passed and no collection.

I finally managed to get through to them on the phone after 55 minutes waiting. They advised that the driver said the residence was closed. It’s a collection from my house where I’ve stayed home for two days waiting.

It’s an absolute sham of a service.

Lost my package on the first day. Took them 3 months to find and return my package and then a further 3 months to refund the cost back to me. Avoid this company like the plague.

Parcel to USA dropped off on Friday 2nd October. In spite of helpful man in shop chasing and DHL automatic phone message saying it would be picked up today (12th) it hasn't been. Stressful and appalling service. What do I have to do to get my parcel collected and delivered?

Absolute joke of a courier. Didn't show up on first pickup appointment and lied about it. On second attempt came an hour earlier than the time slot. Custom hotline takes more than half an hour to get to somebody. I couldn't imagine a worse courier than this

Absolutely appalling.
Lying - 'your address is inaccessible'! Really? Amazon, Evri and The Post Office manage just fine.
We're just an ordinary street. There's plenty of parking since we're on a service road with a large frontage.
Their customer service is useless - all they do is tell us what we already know: 'your parcel is in the Birmingham depot but has not yet been delivered'.
Agree that Trustpilot should allow ZERO STARS to be allocated.

4 days late and now robbed the parcel!
If I could give 0 I would! Ordered a parcel for next day delivery Tuesday the 6th of Oct, got an email to say delayed, got eta on 7th ( when I needed it for ) saying 5.30-6.30. I was tracking it to a few stops just before mine then it magically wouldn’t upload, 1 hour later it’s back at the depot no explanation! So I contacted them and re arranged for the next day- they supposedly tried to deliver at 2pm an u wasn’t at home but the tracking to show this conveniently wouldn’t load. ( I was in all day) it was a lie so I re arranged for it be delivered to my local shop yesterday. I got an eta and nothing further. Been to the shop today and they don’t have the parcel and it now conveniently says on the tracking they are unable to match the tracking number. In other words the driver / depot have made this disappear and ruined a 6year olds birthday! I had to show him the email to prove Iv ordered it because it’s so late! Do not use DHL we have stopped using them at work as they make parcels disappear and don’t tell you they just keep saying its delayed. Parcel no 60120261915451! USE UPS SO MUCH BETTER

Second item in a week that has been delayed without reasonable explanation and having taken a day at home to organise!

I was meant to get a delivery with DHL on Saturday when I’ve received a message sorry we missed you, then I looked at the photo the driver took and it wasn’t even my address. The seller sent the parcel DHL Express and all of a sudden it changed to DHL commerce. Can’t get hold of anyone at DHL. Customer service and drivers are absolutely terrible.

Avoid posting with these lot, go with parcel force or royalmail. Have no care for you items at all!

Wish I could give them zero star score! Parcel stuck at local depot and absolutely no customer support. Inaccurate tracking. Incompetent company that doesn't care! Used twice recently and both times they've completely failed to deliver for days beyond stated delivery day. Avoid if you can.

DHL’s delivery service is an absolute disgrace. A shipment that was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours has now been delayed for several days, with no clear explanation or reliable delivery date.

Here is the actual tracking history:

* 7 October 2026, 15:40: Shipment collected by DHL.
* 8 October 2026, 07:46: DHL announced a delay, stating that delivery was expected on the next working day.
* 9 October 2026, 23:46: Shipment finally arrived at the delivery depot.
* 10 October 2026: Still waiting for my parcel!

How can a company that advertises a 24-hour delivery service fail so miserably to meet such a basic commitment?

What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of transparency. DHL simply updates the tracking information with generic delay messages, leaving customers wondering when their parcels will actually arrive.

If DHL cannot guarantee a 24-hour delivery service, it should stop promising one! Customers pay for a service and reasonably expect the company to honour its commitments.

This is not just about a delayed parcel. It is about reliability, accountability, customer service and respecting customers’ time.

DHL, your service is unacceptable, your delivery estimates are unreliable, and your customers deserve far better.

I would strongly advise anyone needing an urgent or time-sensitive delivery to think twice before relying on DHL.

Extremely disappointing. One star is more than this experience deserves.

My parcel was due to be delivered to a DHL ServicePoint that I selected from the options provided. However, DHL later informed me that the location was unable to accept my shipment and told me to contact the sender.

I chose this option specifically because I knew I would not be at home. If a ServicePoint cannot accept parcels, why is it offered as an available delivery option?

I have now been left with a delayed parcel and no clear solution. I contacted DHL customer services, but was told that I would need to wait for a response during working days.

This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I expect DHL to explain what went wrong and provide a clear solution to get my parcel delivered.

What a bloody shower - tracking showed as between stops 39-40 for hours I was no 45 drop. Subsequently tracking updated to en route to drop 41 - then live tracking disappeared on their website - at around 18.30 I looked towards my gates - My parcel 60120262518120 has not been delivered but a parcel was thrown over electric gates to get crushed when gates opened - no one rang the entry phone - parcel addressed to JANE ******** - and contained medical supplies for 2 miles away ASL1 831515091343251001. My wife has kindly driven to address to correctly deliver parcel but could not gain access. Here is a clear message for DHL employ drivers who can actually read the English language and where the hell is my parcel ???

DRIVER DIDNT EVEN COME INTO MY STREET AND PUT DOWN THAT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER BUT I REUSED !!!! WHICH IS COMPLETE RUBBISH AND I HAVE PROOF THE CAMERAS DONT LIE !!!

Ordered two things from two different companies, a week apart. Both used DHL e commerce. Neither even attempted delivery - tracking was there for one, then just disappeared but time remained. Presume they've turned back wanting to leave early Friday. If people like this worked for me, they wouldn't for long.

Are all delivery drivers like this? No. Are most of the useless ones contractors? You tell me.

Absolute rubbish company. Were supposed to deliver on Wednesday so took a day off work. Message on Wednesday to say it would be Thursday. Message on Thursday to say it would be Friday. Parcel dumped at my front door while I'm at work.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. THE BRAINLESS DELIVERY DRIVER IN THE THORNABY ON TEES AREA DUMPED OUR PARCELS AT A LOCAL SHOP AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ANYONE WITCH SHOP. TOOK ME 3 HOURS TO FIND THEM IN THE 15TH SHOP. DHL YOU NEED TO SORT THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE OUT AND DO BETTER.

SHOCKING SERVICE DO NOT USE. Was waiting on a time sensitive delivery for today. Rearranged my whole day to be in for the delivery window, to discover theyd tried to deliver an hour earlier than the ealiest time the tracker said theyd be there. Impossible to contact anyone or speak to a damn human. Completely ruined my day the complete set of imbeciles. Just avoid them.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Falsely stated they had attempted to deliver our package on two separate occasions. Zero accountability. When I finally did speak with customer support/service ( they gave no support or service) and requested to speak with someone senior they terminated the call. I have raised a complaint but as this is dealt with internally do not hold out any hope of it being handled professionally. I was told that the package needed to be signed for and someone needed to be at the property but when it was finally delivered it was just dumped on the doorstep despite there update saying it was signed for by a resident that was not here yet miles away at work. Complete shambles.

Horrendous service, never deliver packages on time, unable to contact anyone via phone to discuss. One time they left a food package out in the middle of a heatwave because the driver didn’t bother to knock (even though was a signed for parcel) the driver then returned to my property to interrogate my daughter why we reported it
