Warranty
(One Year Limited)
DefenderShield warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. During this period, DefenderShield will replace defective products at no cost to the customer.
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by drops, typical wear and tear over time, the natural breakdown of colors, the materials with use, accident, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications, alterations or negligence.
DefenderShield EMF Shielding by the Yard and Wallpaper is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not covered by the One Year Limited Warranty due to its custom measurements.
DefenderShield makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this product other than as set forth below. DefenderShield makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

We apologize for this disappointing experience. FedEx made multiple attempts to deliver the package, they were unsuccessful as no one was available to accept the package. The order was returned to us and a refund was issued back to your original payment method.
Positive feedback with query about earbuds
The product appears to be a quality product, it provides a good quality sound, and it arrived quickly. I have probably given it less stars than i would have liked as i find the earbuds to be uncomfortable.
In my experience, this sort of earbud has a tendency to fall off. I appreciate that you have included a few of the rubber pieces but wonder if you could make a stronger earbud that is more comfortable to wear for prolonged periods of time.

I have hyperhydrosis and weak wrists from injuries. Radiation really triggers sweating and pain. The gloves are a non negotiable it’s the best thing ever. I can’t be without them

Customer service is quick to respond and make good on any issues and offer advice.
I like the product. My only issue was that magnet not sticking to the phone and Customer Service recommended a silicone phone cover and also sent out another magnet.

Amazing Customer service/products
The first time I ordered, I think I might have had a defective case. Time passed, longer than the 1 year warranty, but I reached out anyways seeing if this company would refund me and replace the case. Without hesitation, they did! I trust the product and its ability in what it says it does. The new case came in about 2 days! So far so good!

Overpriced but necessary.
Ordering was easy but I was surprised the arrival time was so long. The price is high. 4 yrs ago dr mercola was selling 3 pairs for $75. I was surprised it was now over that amount for 1 pair. Also did understand the additional charge for memory foam ear pieces. I didnt order those, assuming they have to come with something to cushion and hold them in place. I will soon see. Also, I didnt ask for the protection @ $4.00 but it was added in anyone. Shipping was very high for the item. $89 headphones were $100. $89 was already too high and then I felt the bill was padded. Ive always liked your products but they're too expansive.

It was really nice that you offered me replacement headphones due to the first pair cutting out all the time. Unfortunately, it's still happening with the new pair, just not as bad. I feel that the premium price isn't worth the actual product. I would still like to return these.
