Warranty
(One Year Limited)
DefenderShield warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. During this period, DefenderShield will replace defective products at no cost to the customer.
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by drops, typical wear and tear over time, the natural breakdown of colors, the materials with use, accident, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications, alterations or negligence.
DefenderShield EMF Shielding by the Yard and Wallpaper is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not covered by the One Year Limited Warranty due to its custom measurements.
DefenderShield makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this product other than as set forth below. DefenderShield makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.
The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

First I was sent the wrong product
First I was sent the wrong product. As I do not live in the US it was a problem to have it shipped back to the same place as I was leaving in a few days. I returned the product and gave a different address in the US to have it shipped to my relative so he would keep it for Me Until I could go get it at his place which is happening next week. Unfortunately, even though I was told by your people that the address was already changed it ended up delivered to the original address and now I do not have it. So much for your customer sevice. I did not request a return which in the end would have been the best because I was told it would be sent to the new address.

Magnet Does NOT Hold Phone in Place...
The magnet that is supposed to keep the phone in place, is not strong enough to stay on the Defender Shield. Therefore, my phone slips around, and I run the obvious risk of it dropping and breaking.
I reported this, and was told to file a complaint, or some time consuming BS like that.
I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CLEAN UP THE MESSES AND DO THE WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE FOR ME.
Does anyone?
JUST SEND ANOTHER MAGNET FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.

No package has arrived yet, even though it should have arrived by now. Tracking shows it was returned to the sender 15 days ago, but the company has not notified me, sent any emails, given a refund, or anything else

Great glasses BUT no bargain
I ordered the daytime amber blocking glasses 10 days prior and they arrived very well packed to prevent damage. I decided to order the orange blocking glasses for evening, but was disappointed & confused as to why the shipping had increased by $3.00.....also that there was a sale on IF you bought both...I could've saved another $11.00. I'm a senior (78) and really could have used the savings.

Nothing can fall out and extra pouch
I lost my old Defender, found it then relost it. I have the new one which I can also put my DayTimer also. So I am very happy. Doesn't have metal like my old one but cellphone and Day Timer cannot fall out !!

Excellent products for EMF protection
I really like the DefenderShield products. The products do an excellent job of shielding EMF's. This is my third cell phone cover and I love it. I have not tried the earbuds as of yet.
