Warranty
(One Year Limited)
DefenderShield warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. During this period, DefenderShield will replace defective products at no cost to the customer.
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by drops, typical wear and tear over time, the natural breakdown of colors, the materials with use, accident, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications, alterations or negligence.
DefenderShield EMF Shielding by the Yard and Wallpaper is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not covered by the One Year Limited Warranty due to its custom measurements.
DefenderShield makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this product other than as set forth below. DefenderShield makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.
The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

I didn’t like it
I didn’t like it. I had switched phones and had went back to my original iPhone & the adhesive on the tabs don’t stick as well. I am afraid it will come loose and my iPhone will just slide right out & break. I don’t even use it.

Fabulous experience!
One month before the warranty expired on my Defender Shield product, it developed a glitch in operation. I emailed the company on a Sunday night asking about it. I received a reply Monday morning saying not to worry, because it was still under warranty! By the next morning they’d shipped me a brand new item free of charge!!! AMAZING! Who stands by their products anymore? Plus I got a very thoughtful email from the owner apologizing for the inconvenience and thanking me for my business. I’m blown away by their professionalism and kindness. Thank you!!

I love my new phone case
I love my new phone case. I love that the phone disattaches easily. I also love that there are 3 pockets for cards now woohoo! The new pockets are a little sticky so it makes getting my cards in and out tricky but I know they will eventually soften up!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - Received earbuds with a defective microphone. Upon requesting a return/refund, no communicated with me. They virtually have no customer service. No one answers their phone or response to emails. Even their automated chatbot has no response.

First: It was easy to access a staff person by phone re an exchange issue, vs struggling to explain myself to AI!
Second: The woman who assisted me was polite, patient and clear; I felt heard and was able to submit my exchange request on-line with her guidance.
Third: When a hold-up occurred with the postal service, I emailed customer service and they more than compensated for the delay.
*****5 stars for customer service.
