Warranty
(One Year Limited)
DefenderShield warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. During this period, DefenderShield will replace defective products at no cost to the customer.
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by drops, typical wear and tear over time, the natural breakdown of colors, the materials with use, accident, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications, alterations or negligence.
DefenderShield EMF Shielding by the Yard and Wallpaper is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not covered by the One Year Limited Warranty due to its custom measurements.
DefenderShield makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this product other than as set forth below. DefenderShield makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

i ordered a computer pad. supposed to arrive today. getv a notice that they need more info. tracking number (put in at least 10 times) is not correct states it should start with certain #'s letters mine does. claim it is incorrcet #and will not chat with me. no other way to contact them> i have 3 days or i guess they will return it to you. i do not have the time or health to deal with this stuff.
what has happened to your company? i purchased new phone case from another company because yours had such bad rviews, had been using your phone cases for 12-14 years. very sad

The phone cases are designed terrible for the 17 pro. Extremely flimsy around the camera… just end the protection under the camera and it would be fine

The faraday shoulder pouch seems to be well made except it's to slim because you can only get a phone and a several credit cards in the protective pouch area. Why didn't you make all the compartments safe for all the items we would want to carry with us that would be protected from these people that are stealing our financial information. Only one compartment is safe for our phone and credit cards. The body of the pouch could be wider because my phone fits really tight and hard to pull out of the only protective area of the pouch. Thank you for trying to make something to help protect our financial online and credit card information from being stolen.

We received our order in a timely…
We received our order in a timely manner. We have checked out the Ultra Armor ConcealShield Cell Phone Faraday and it is working, which is great. We hope to use it when we are traveling around and giving us a sense of security. We have yet to take it out for a trial run at this point.
