Harry was knowledgable, straight and very helpful. He was more than willing to suggest alternatives to suit our needs and we only needed less than an hour to confirm the booking.

He was so helpful that the confirmation contained our booking at the hotel in Mauritius for 31 days instead of 3 days (will be delighted to stay for 31 days but presume this is a typo!!!0

I have now written 28 times to Cruise Kingdom outlining all the problems and stress they caused by mishandling my cruise around Japan in April and cancelling an upcoming cruise in October as a result of their incompetence. They have failed to properly address any of the issues raised.
Despite cancelling the October cruise back in April they continued to totally ignore the cancellation and have since sent me 16 demands for payment. This despite me sending at least 14 emails reminding them of the cancellation and giving chapter and verse.
They finally sent me another note today cancelling the cruise and telling me that I had forfeited my £3000 deposit. This despite all the emails and phone calls I had made giving details of that cancellation.
Either nobody reads emails at CK or they ignore anything they don't like
DON'T USE THEM!

HAVING RUINED MY HOLIDAY IN JAPAN - WITH NO REAL APOLOGY - I CANCELLED MY NEXT CRUISE WITH THEM BACK IN APRIL. I WAS NOT PREPARED TO TRAVEL WITH CRUISE KINGDOM AGAIN. THEY HAVE IGNORED THAT CANCELLATION AND CONTINUE TO SEND DEMANDS FOR PAYMENT - 10 OR MORE TO DATE - DESPITE MANY EMAILS REMINDING THEM OF THE CANCELLATION.
TOTALLY USELESS - DON'T USE THEM

I hope this company has improved now. If so I expect them to refund my £1250 as they will not now be able to do what they promised, which was to use my money as a deposit for another cruise. Max also said that Cruise Kingdom would not be beaten on price. He was miles out. I have used Iglucruise.com 3 times since and they have been excellent. Honest and trustworthy. I wrote a letter of complaint to the CEO of Cruise Kingdom, he just said send me £25 and I will send you some forms you need. I expect it was another lie, he'd already got plenty of my money.
I just checked for my next cruise. I checked their website today, but couldn't find a price.
If they do the right thing I will let you know. But I very much doubt it. Be VERY VERY careful.

I was initially hesitant when ringing to book a cruise I had seen advertised for a very attractive price. However, Max was professional and reassured me and was very helpful in providing full details regarding flights and accommodation, and in booking the best cabin possible. Still all seems too good to be true, but fingers crossed and look forward to getting the paperwork verification. Thanks Max.

Cruise cancelled by Norweigan in February this year and still Cruise Kingdom have failed to return our deposit. Phone calls just fob us off with the fact that they have delays in their accounts dept. Oh by the way you cannot talk to the accounts dept!

Cruise booking cancelled by MSC on 2nd February - was told 90 days for refund (which I was very unhappy about) waited 90 days and now too busy to deal with the refunds. No customer service whatsoever, don't answer emails, excuse after excuse, am now going to ABTA as I am sick and tired of Cruise Kingdom. Sally

Their prices are ok and booking is straightforward but although I specified that I didn’t want to fly on certain airlines they booked codeshares and concealed that they were on those planes Then they put us in a lousy hotel (we had to change room three times because of floods/leaks) and then wriggled out of honouring what the hotel promised and didn’t deliver (ie part comp). They certainly didn’t take the longterm view - I’ve booked three cruises in the 4 months since (all more expensive and two including other people too) so they saved about £150 and lost out on just shy of £29000 bookings (so far).

Max was very helpful and provided us with all of the information necessary to make the right decisions regarding the most convenient airlines, flights, cabin grade etc etc. The documentation was issued quickly and we felt we had made the right decison regarding our cruise.
