I got a call back about a Cruise from…
I got a call back about a Cruise from Japan,that I was looking to go with my husband and 23 yr Son & spoke with a Representative called Andy in the last half hour.
I found him very rude.
He said the Cruise is gone & I asked if there was anything else coming up free for 1 Balcony & 1 inside.
He said there is nothing left.
So I put down the phone & he rang back a minute later & said it's available.
I asked his name & I then put the phone down.
I cannot believe the terrible Customer service from him..

Taking time to deal with questions!
After finding the cruise deal on Travel Supermarket, where the information was clearly displayed, it was easy and quick to get through to Customer Service by phone. Andy was polite, patient and helpful in answering my questions about the package and explaining the T&Cs of the deal, which gave me the confidence to book the holiday. His colleague, Bernie also provided good customer service when I phoned the next day.
