Zac was so easy to deal with and gave me all my options very clearly. We dealt with Zac last year and had a fabulous cruise. He definitely needs a pay rise.
He went out of his way last year to help us get the right room for us on the ship etc nothing was too much trouble.

Needed a have it all package added to my Canada Alaska cruise trip. Ashley was so helpful as I could not do this on the Holland America website. Problem solved by Emma
After receiving our travel documents we were unable to access our booking on Air China to reserve our seats. Quick phone call to Emma who contacted the airline and emailed the available seats to me. On emailing my choices Emma booked our seats and took the trouble to amend as some seats had become unavailable and she made sure our group of 4 were seated together. When I spoke to Emma she was most helpful and emails that followed were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Well done Emma you did a great job.

Private transport from Ravenna to Port
Sam was absolutely brilliant.I had read reviews that the taxis from the Railway Station Ravenna can be a bit hit and miss with long queues.There was no shuttle service available for that day .I did not want the worry of getting to the port.I spoke to Sam who said that he would be able to arrange private transport by car.It is an additional cost but well worth it.It is my Fiancé Birthday whilst on the cruise and I did not want the stress of something going wrong. Thanks Sam you are a Star🌟
