Driver jheda delivered my paint on time
Kept me in touch
Excellent service

Two day delivery on a special order paint, and delivery foc

This was the first time i had used the Crown centre in Dereham. The guys in there were so helpful and gave great advice. Really helpful and nice to get some good customer service. I would recomend

i clearly asked if it was ok to leave the delivery on the doorstep as I would not be there on friday. The delivery date was for Friday > the delivery did not arrive nor have I received any information as to why not . I am now unable to collect the sandpaper as I have left that address for my work which is no longer there . I there request that you refund me for the total and cancel the order. If this is too late then i request that you send the sandpaper to my home address which is in France. I will give you this address if needed. Very unsatisfied!

Excellent service, great prices and super fast delivery, very helpful from start to finish! Highly recommend , definitely my go to paint supplier from here on in!

On not one but 2 occasions on consecutive days, 16th and 17th October, I came into Crown in Progress Road, Leigh on Sea, and received absolutely wonderful service from Michael.
Sadly there’s not always much great customer service in the world anymore, restored my faith.
I understand from my partner that all the staff there are very helpful and kind in that store.
Following my experience I will definitely be returning when I need more products and have recommended to family and friends as well.

We ordered Solvite Paste The Wall Ready Mixed (Product Code: 6050560) for collection. The product delivered to store was in fact a bag of powder flakes for self mixing, which sell elsewhere for 1/3 price. We explained that this did not match the product description or image but we were assured it was the correct product. Requested a refund which was processed but this held up our project.

Great service ordered in morning and mixed paint was ready for lunch time. Also paint is great quality and goes a long way

Good customer service and good value for money

Product has great reviews (I haven't used it yet), delivery good - I got a call in advance so was able to help with access to our home which is slightly challenging.

Ordered online Wednesday, said it would be available Monday.
Emily phoned next day said was available to collect.
Brilliant service. Thank you

Me and my wife visited the crown decorating centre windmill trading estate Luton and we were served by Eamon. From start to finish aiming was a pleasure to deal with he was honest professional and very helpful. He recommended we take a tester because the light in our house can be different. he was 100% correct. We went back to the store today and ordered 10 L of pint which we had mixed. It was proper old-fashioned service just how things should be. It was a pleasure to deal with Eamon and the crown decorating centre I will use you guys again.

Sally, Jay and Fin run the best paint supply and advice shop anywhere. The products are excellent and the service second to none. Great advice has helped us create a stunning refurbished home. Many thanks

Excellent order process, great website with all the information you need and with only a slight hiccup, really great communication from the local Crown store to resolve this with speedy delivery.

I have not used the product yet but it all looks and sounds good.

Highly Recommended thank you.

Whatca difference bury store is.

Management and staff are fantastic.

Definitely use bury from now on instead of rochdale.
Absalute brilliant service

Excellent customer services from the Plymouth branch tracing my paint . Prompt too .

Orpington branch looked understaffed as there was only one person in store while 3 of us were being served, so had to wait a while. Otherwise, decent service from a competent chap.

Always get great service from the Sunderland branch. Simon the manager who I spoke with helped me with which would be the best products for what I wanted. Very happy with the results!
