delivered on time good service went in the wellingborough branch so unhelpful did not loo as if they wanted to serve walked the other way

Howncan crown paint be more expensive at a criwn decorating centre than other diy stores ?

As another busy year comes to end an end, just wanted to say thanks to Scott and the lads at Crown Bolton. Always greeted with a smile and great banter, they have a brilliant knowledge of crown products and always happy to give advice and always happy to go that extra milr, thanks Lads😜

As a DIYer I searched online for the product I wanted and found the best deal on the Crown Decorating centre website. I ordered and paid online and collected the next working day without any wait whatsoever.
Lovely people at the centre.

The level of service in the Charlton store is absolutely fantastic. Special praise must go to Alicija who was very knowledgable, incredibly friendly and patient with my requests for help. The centre is very well stocked and easy to navigate too. Having someone as good as Alicija sets Crown Decorating Centres apart from the 'big sheds' like B&Q and Wickes where personal service is almost non-existent. She is a credit to your business, which is a rare thing in today's trade and retail market. Highly recommended indeed.

Ronnie at the St Helens shop went above and beyond. Was really helpful a true asset to the team. Thank you Ronnie.

Ease of ordering on line along with very helpful and friendly staff when collecting my order.

Smooth experience

I am still waiting for my order to come

Quick, Lady in a store was really nice.

Goods have not been delivered and a refund advised by Crown as being made to my account due to Crowns delivery van having an issue hasn't been received.
I have given this a full 2 weeks after the due delivery date and with no results to emails to the branch and Crown head office before posting this review on 25/11/25. Oh apart for a second prompting me to do a review!
The Crown Paints invoice issued on 06/11/2025 following the order states "Delivered on Monday, 10 November 2025" So it seems Crown think they can predict the future. Perhaps a due date for delivery would be more appropriate.
Update 09/12/2025, still chasing Crown, no goods, refund or a reply from their Stirling Branch or advised email addresses for information and complaints. Finally I got my money back on 11/12/2025, no communication from Crown.
The response from Crown asked that I send an email, if they had read my comments above and checked their emails they would have seen that I had already emailed their customer care address, I did include the order number and all relevant details. I also emailed their info email address and received a read receipt. My opinion remains unchanged.

Excellent customer service , they sent my paint via a private delivery at no extra cost . Really helpful

Easy ordering. Excellent next day delivery, first thing, so no delay for my decorator.

We’ve been renovating our house and Rachel at Stoke store has been so helpful helping us choose each paint for each room with advice and ideas a credit to the store thanks Rachel
