James - The Gem of Acton Leyland

I just wanted to say a few words about James, the store manager from Leyland in Acton. Right from the start, he made suggestions and ideas I had not thought of (and never would have), listened intentively, was patient, super knowledgeable and saved me SO much money. He really went the extra mile for me when he didnt have too and has massively influenced the overall result of the work in my home for the positive. He has really made my week and is a credit to Leyland! Huge thank you James 😊 🙏 🙌 👏

over and beyond brilliant service…

I received beyond brilliant service from JL. I had a problem with the scheduled delivery date that my builders had arranged. I phoned, spoke to JL who was unbelievably understanding and accommodating. He juggled things around and rescheduled my delivery to a day and time that was far more suitable.
I am extremely grateful. Thank you so very much.

Well I've ordered for the second time

Well I've ordered for the second time. Ordered for delivery but still waiting on it the first time I got a refund this time I'm waiting on it. Who ever made the website has either put click and collect into the same button.coz I pressed the delivery. So am I going to get my item that I ordered or not.

Order was unable to be delivered to…

Order was unable to be delivered to home address in North East despite this being the second order and we had received the first order. Numerous phone calls to various numbers who were unable to help or provide a customer service number so spent ages on phone chasing an order. Eventually spoke to someone in Finance who went out the way to help and kept up to date with us and payment returned and ordered cancelled as unable to deliver even though explained had received first order but pleased with the ladies help in finance as was getting stressful with all the calls and unable to help.

I have tried to cancel this order and…

I have tried to cancel this order and get a refund however no one has been responding to my emails and I have not received a confirmation email in regards to collecting the items either. I would much appreciate confirmation that a refund is being processed.
