Vorsicht Betrug durch Dark Pattern
Ich kann leider von ausschließlich negativen Erfahrungen sprechen.
Um eine der AI Funktionen zu verwenden, hatte ich mir einen Account erstellt und Creative fabrica hat anschließend 71,26€ für ein ein Jahres Abo über hinterlegtes Paypal Konto eingezogen.
Zudem wird im Anschluss die Möglichkeit zum Kündigen ausgeblendet und stattdessen steht im Profil über Tage hinweg „Activating“ beim Abostatus.
Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen sich auf EU Verbraucherschutzsrechte zu berufen und eine Rückerstattung fordern.

Irreführende Kommunikation und ignoranter Kundenservice
Ich wollte die kostenlose Testperiode nutzen und war plötzlich für das Abonnement angemeldet und wurde abgerechnet obwohl ich nirgendwo für das bezahlte Abo zugestimmt habe. Es hieß der Testzeitraum sei ein Monat. Nachdem ich 2 Emails geschrieben habe, wurde mir bestätigt dass das Abo und die zukünftige Zahlung storniert sei, aber meine Nachfrage nach einer Rückerstattung wurde ignoriert bzw. mit AI Antworten abgetan.
Die Kommunikation auf der Webseite ist absolut irreführend und undurchsichtig. Ich hoffe ich werde meine Rückerstattung erhalten. Absolut frech...
Auf PayPal wird man darauf hingewiesen sich direkt an Creative Fabrica per Email zu melden und man würde umgehend eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Das habe ich getan, hat allerdings nichts gebracht.

Ich hatte eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Creative Fabrica.
Was als „kostenlose Testphase“ beworben wurde, verwandelte sich sofort in ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement, nachdem ich die beworbenen Coins eingelöst hatte. Der Hinweis darauf, dass dadurch die Testphase übersprungen und direkt eine Zahlung ausgelöst wird, war nicht deutlich genug. Mir wurde erst nach der Abbuchung klar, dass sofort Kosten entstanden sind.
Ich habe den Support freundlich kontaktiert und erklärt, dass das Angebot irreführend war und ich den Service kaum genutzt habe. Trotzdem wurde eine Rückerstattung verweigert und lediglich auf die allgemeinen Richtlinien verwiesen, anstatt kundenorientiert zu handeln.
Das Ganze wirkt absichtlich verwirrend und überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich. Ich würde jedem raten, bei „Gratisangeboten“ oder Werbeaktionen auf dieser Plattform äußerst vorsichtig zu sein.

Habe mir letzte Woche die free Trial holen wollen für eine Schriftart. Keine Minute, nachdem die Bestätigung für das Probeabo aktiviert wurde, kam die Zahlung des Betrages für das Premiumabo, ohne das ich dies bestellt habe. In den AGBs, keine Infos darüber. Helfen gleich null! Schicken einem einen Link, wodurch man angeblich alles zurückerstattet bekommen kann. Link funktioniert nicht. Ewiges hin und her über Paypal und denen, bis überhaupt ansatzweise was funktioniert. Zahlung bis jetzt noch nicht zurückerhalten Finger weg davon!

zig Fesnter gehen auf was man alles machen soll, was alles kostenlos ist. dann plötzlich : "Klicke für 650000 Credits" und was passiert..? Man hat plötzlich ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Support Ticket über den Chatbot..? Unmöglich, jedesmal wird angezeigt "Ticket kann nicht erstellt werden" Ich bin normal mehr als vorsichtig beim antesten von Internet shopping Seiten, aber hier wird man man aggressiv und schnell in die Irre geführt .

Vorsicht: Irreführendes Abo-Modell und kein Support/Rückerstattung
Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von Creative Fabrica. Ein kostenloses Probeabo wurde ohne klare Bestätigung sofort in ein kostenpflichtiges Jahresabo für über 71 € umgewandelt.
Obwohl ich den Support innerhalb von Minuten kontaktiert habe und keine einzige Funktion oder Credits genutzt habe, wurde eine Rückerstattung verweigert. Seitdem werde ich vom Kundenservice komplett ignoriert. Wie man hier an den vielen anderen aktuellen Bewertungen sieht, scheint das eine systematische Masche zu sein.
Ich habe nun einen PayPal-Konflikt (Fall PP-R-BPZ-626536025) eröffnet und werde nicht lockerlassen. Absolut unseriös, Finger weg!

Abo-Falle: 0 € angezeigt, später 71 € abgebucht
Ich halte das Vorgehen dieses Anbieters für höchst unseriös und potenziell betrügerisch.
Während des gesamten Bezahlprozesses über PayPal wurden mir durchgehend 0 € angezeigt. Im Nachhinein erscheinen jedoch plötzlich zwei Transaktionen: einmal 0 € und zusätzlich eine Abbuchung über 71 €, obwohl ich keinerlei kostenpflichtige Bestellung bewusst bestätigt habe.
Zudem wird ein „30 Tage kostenloses Abo“ beworben, jedoch gibt es auf der Website keinerlei Möglichkeit, dieses Abonnement zu kündigen. Im Account wird lediglich ein aktiver Plan angezeigt, ohne irgendeine Option zur Beendigung.
Ich habe den Anbieter bereits kontaktiert und die sofortige Rückerstattung gefordert, die inzwischen auch „ausnahmsweise“ zurückgezahlt wurde.
Ich kann trotzdem nur davor warnen, diesen Service zu nutzen.

Vorsicht vor der "Free Trial": Unerwünschtes Jahresabo und keine Kulanz
Ich kann leider auch nur von einer negativen Erfahrung berichten. Ich hatte mich ursprünglich für eine "Free Trial" angemeldet. Plötzlich wurde mir jedoch ein teures Jahresabo berechnet, obwohl ich dieses zu keinem Zeitpunkt bewusst aktiviert oder einen entsprechenden Button für ein Upgrade geklickt habe. Die Trial war noch nicht abgelaufen und ich konnte sie auch nicht canceln.
Nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert hatte, erhielt ich zunächst widersprüchliche Aussagen. Erst hieß es, die Kündigung sei erfolgreich, dann wurde mir unterstellt, ich hätte auf ein Werbebanner geklickt und das Abo selbst auf ein kostenpflichtiges Modell umgestellt. Das ist schlichtweg falsch. ich habe wissentlich kein Upgrade durchgeführt.
Trotz des offensichtlichen Missverständnisses und der Tatsache, dass ich das Abo sofort nach der überraschenden Abbuchung stornieren wollte, verweigert der Kundensupport jegliche Rückerstattung mit Verweis auf ihre Richtlinien. Das Abo wurde nun zwar auf "pending cancellation" gesetzt, aber mein Geld ist weg.
Also am besten kein "free trial" testen, wo man direkt seine Konto/Paypl-Daten angeben muss.

Leider Betrugsmasche. Bin selber in die Abofalle getappt. Habe jetzt Paypal kontaktiert, da ich nach dem Durchforsten des Internets auf den Entschluss gekommen bin, dass die mir höchstwarscheinlich nicht antworten werden. Ich hoffe auf das Beste, dass ich und allen den das Gleiche passiert ist, ihr Geld zurück bekommen : )
