I absolutely love my headphones so much so that I have given them to other people. Music has never sounded so good!

Cowin always sells excellent products and I am happy with the sound quality and look of my new Cowin Apex Elite Earbuds. They sound amazing and works great!

After much research and testing of "over the ear" headphones I have found the E8 headphones to be a excellent choice. Extraordinary sound quality, good battery life, sound deadening, comfort and packaging and delivered in a very impressive presentation package. The only comment or suggestion is the USB charging cord is too short. All else I am very please. So pleased I purchased my wife her own headphones 🎧

This is one of the most aggravating companies I’ve ever dealt with . I can’t get a call back , when I finally got a email back it was so rude cause they just screen shot me a pic and some lame excuse . I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my headphones , they finally tell me that logistics are slow and they’ll upgrade me and send it right out . Another week later I ask what they decided to do and reminded them I’m not spending a cent more . Never heard back so I have no idea what’s going on or what I’m getting but supposedly it will be here Friday . Not happy with the lack of communication or the customer service as a whole .... these things better be fantastic .

Luckily, I was referred by a friend to check out Cowin headphones. I was shopping in confusion after watching many review videos. Shopping for a reliable, wireless, over the ear headphone without going high end in spending $100's. I now have a pair of the new SE8 and couldn't be happier. Feels like I did purchase a high end product. This young company is appreciative of the sale while dedicated in delivering a quality product and exercises care in their customer service. I ordered directly from the website, was issued a discount as a 1st time buyer and the purchase arrived timely. Fell asleep with them on twice while chillin to my favorite tunes - so comfortable, nice sound, easy pairing with my IPhone. Very happy. Thank You Cowin!

Purchased E7 Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Over-ear Headphones for my wife. Light weight, sturdy construction, fit like a dream. She uses them for web conferencing and is completely satisfied.

I was happy with all of the positive reviews I saw and the amount of information I was able to find regarding the pair I bought. They have met and even succeeded my expectations. I had never heard of Cowin prior to doing my research in an attempt to find a well-made, reasonably-priced pair of over-the-ear headphones. I wanted it all: comfort, good sound for all types of music, a good battery life and a good price. I found all of these in my new Cowin headphones, AND they look sexy as hell on top of it all! Will suggest Cowin to friends in the future.

A shame. I received my headphones this past September 2020. And I loved them, they were comfortable, they had great battery life, the noise cancelling was solid and the sound quality was pretty good once I eq'd them.

Now after reading all of that, you should be asking yourself, then why the bad review? Well, simple. By December of 2020 the right ear stopped producing audio. I never took them out of my home, they always sat on a headphone holder when not in use, and the right ear just stopped working.

I reached out to the company at the beginning of January 2021 to find out how to have them repaired under warranty, they only worked for 3 months, they should be covered under warranty, no? I included my Amazon order information, and the rest of what they requested when I contacted them. I never heard from them, so I reached out again, this time I used a completely different email address just in case. Once again, never heard from them. It has been at least 2 weeks since my last attempt to contact customer service, 4 weeks from my first attempt (more than enough time to respond) and I have heard nothing, crickets.

I honestly debated back and forth on giving 1 or 2 overall stars. On one hand, they deserve just 1 star, no customer service on a defective product that only lasted 90 days. On the other, when the headphones were working, I was quite happy with them (I ended up giving 1 star since I now have $100 paperweight). YMMV - Good Luck if you opt to buy these disposable headphones.

just picked up my pair of E9 and i'm so happy that i returned the E8 Pros after having them for about three weeks.

E8 Pro (pros):
--VERY loud and clear
--easily accessible switch for ANC
--effective ANC
--braided audio cable
--everything on my playlist, from bass-heavy songs to ones with high notes, sounded amazing
--gold accents were aesthetically pleasing
--very comfortable pads that can be worn for hours
--excellent battery life

E8 Pro (cons)
--only folded flat, so it's case is huge in comparison to others
--very big muffs that can be difficult for hoods
--audio is clear to others, too, even on medium levels
--cannot be adjustable by length, so if your hair is puffed or even when you wear a thick hat, they won't reach your ears comfortably

E9 (pros):
--foldable to a smaller size
--the case is strong but plush
--pads are even softer than the E8 pro, like strong marshmallows. i can lay comfortably with this pair
--audio quality surpasses its predecessor. different types of music play so richly in these
--though not braided, the audio cable is 3.5 to 3.5mm rather than the E8 pro's 2.5 to 3.5mm
--not much audio leakage

E9 (cons):
--my biggest complaint: switching ANC on/off has a voice prompt that indicates activation/deactivation, which is annoying especially since the audio continues in the meantime
--no length adjustment (though, this time I was aware)

To get close to Bose without spending an extra $150 is definitely worth buying the E9, especially with the discount. As someone who uses the QC25, I believe these headphones are about on par with them.

Again, the ANC prompt is an annoyance, especially when the green light inidcator and feeling it activate makes that clear. Since the sound is excellent, though, I might not have to use it often. Plus, it's a small thing to pay for when nearly everything is perfect.

The E8 Pros is powerful and eye-catching. But if you can, go for the sleek, comfortable, true powerhouse pair that is E9.

My husband purchased a headphone set for me for Christmas. The headset is very comfortable to wear. The sound is absolutely wonderful! The quality is what one would hear in a movie theater. I'm hearing dialogue and music much more clearly while watching movies on my iPad, while wearing the headphones, then I ever did viewing movies without them. They are so good that I ended up buying the same kind of earphones for my husband's birthday a month later.

Before ordering my first E7 Cowin Earphones, I never heard of the Cowin company. After receiving the phones, I am impressed and totally satisfied with their superior quality and sound. I will recommend them to all I can,
with this quality, I believe word of mouth and advertising could put COWIN in a class with even BOSE !

Bought these to use for music and work zoom calls and I'm going to return them. The microphone on these is terrible. I tried everything and double checked that nothing was obstructing the mic but my coworkers could still not hear me clearly. They are not usable for calls at all. The sound quality is fine but you can only really use these for music.
