I contacted customer service after having not received my boots after 6 weeks and I always received a response in under 24 hours. I have 2 pairs of Wet Kiss boots and I am surely going to order more! The price and quality of their boots are Excellent! 🤩

The wait for the boots was long but well worth the wait. The boots are stunning and came securely and nicely wrapped.

I initially requested a refund because my boots still hadn’t shipped after three weeks. Eventually, someone responded and told me they had asked the warehouse to put my order on hold.
I replied explaining that if my order could be shipped out this week, I would prefer to still receive the boots instead of canceling.
Since then, I’ve only received automated emails with no personalization......no name, no representative signature—just “Dear,” and “Sincerely” with nothing filled in. This has now happened three times.
I even sent another message to clarify that I do want the order shipped, but instead of addressing my concern, I received yet another generic automated response about express shipping times. It didn’t answer my question at all, and the stated 8 to 10 business days is clearly inaccurate given my experience.
Overall this feels very unprofessional and careless. I still have no clear update on whether my order will be shipped or canceled???

I placed an order six weeks ago. I checked the shipping timelines because I needed the boots for an event at the end of April which allowed for eight weeks of time to get to me in the US. I followed up twice to find out where my order was. The first time I asked when it would be shipping and was told will let you know when it ships. The second time I followed up because it had not arrived after six weeks and in that email I told them I needed it in 10 days for an event. The very next day I got an email that said it’s shipping today. I could not get anyone to respond to my next email asking how long to arrive until after it shipped and I keep getting a standard response it says here’s your tracking info it shipped. It will now take eight business days to arrive based on my original shipping method, which should have been upgraded because I believe my order was lost given it ironically shipped the day. I reached out. Your website never indicated it would take six plus weeks to ship then another eight business days to arrive. I will not have my order for the event and you had an opportunity to upgrade my shipping so that it would arrive on time. I will never shop with you again, terrible order communication, site messaging and customer service.

No shipping info and no response from customer service
I placed order #14581 on February 10, 2026. They have not shipped and I have not gotten a return email from either the sarah@wetkiss listed on the PayPal transaction or the Wetkiss customer service email listed on the site. I own a pair of their boots so I know they’re legit, but it seems like they’re lacking on the customer service front. I’ll dispute the charge with PayPal if I don’t get a response soon and if I have to go that route I will not buy from the company moving forward even though the boots I did receive are gorgeous.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Their return policy clearly states that if you reach out to customer service by email, they will provide you with return instructions, including a return address. When I reached out to customer service, they asked me if I wanted to exchange the product that I had purchased I stated that know these boots were for a very special occasion, and a new pair of boots would not arrive in time. I simply just wanted to return the pair of boots and receive my money back. I understood that shipping and handling for the return would be my cost that was not a problem. The response from customer service was non-satisfactory. They stated that they could then only give me a 30% discount on my next order which was worse than the first offer to begin with. I said again no I simply just wanted my money back. I also reminded them of their own policy, the communication ended there now I have to find a way to sell these boots privately. I should never have had to deal with this. This company lies!
False shipping date

Ordered boots. Got email confirmation. Nothing else happened. Weeks and weeks went by, never got a shipping notification or any other update. Emailed them three times, to no response. Finally got my credit card company involved and they (the credit card company) removed my charge.

This company has excellent customer service and gorgeous boots! Do not hesitate to order from them!
These boots are awful
These boots are awful! I ordered the Christmas boots and the “tree” is set with blue stones and not green? They also smell like gasoline and I left them outside because they smell so bad. Highly disappointed but in this case you get what you pay for. I will stick with paying for high quality boots. The only positive thing about this experience is that they arrived before Christmas.

Runs large - advertised styles aren't available
Love the boot style but my size 9 is too big. It's more like a 9 1/2. Also - I got an advertisement for The Charlotte and so I was going to purchase some for my daughter but when I clicked on it, it just brought up the home page and The Charlotte is nowhere on the site. So disappointing.

This company literally stole my money
This company literally stole my money. I requested a return because the boots didnt fit and had a weird plastic smell. The company asked me for photos of the boots to make sure the bottoms weren't used and said for me to ship them back and provide them a tracking number. Easy, right? I provided the tracking info and messaged them 2 days after it was delivered back to them to ask about my refund. After several unanswered emails, they quit responding once I shipped the boots back. I receive an email stating they weren't going to refund me because I didn't ship them like they said? What does that even mean? I have emails from the company stating how to ship them back, even got a thank you for providing the shipping information and we will email you when we issue the refund. So they now have the boots and my money. I need a refund. You can't steal money from people. This entire thing was a scam. The boots are made from a some kind of plastic, not even close to leather and the smell was so bad it gave me a headache. I just wanted to return and get my money back. My order is 9003. Please be honest and just issue my refund. Sometimes sales dont work out, you can't have a customer send you back your product without refunding them. Also I had noticed that their was no packing slip so nothing to identify the order when being delivered back so I included all my order info in the package so they could easily find my order. This is so crazy and $150 for a pair of boots is expensive for me and I need my money back. You have your boots. I have all the emails and pictures, conversations of what this company told me on how to return the item. They scammed me. Twice actually because these boots looked and felt like $5 shoes. Then not refunding me. Ive waited 2 weeks for my money back. I wouldn't buy from this company Ever again. You won't ever get your money if you return. They do not run true to size, I wear a 7.5 and my foot was swimming in the boot. Just don't. Plenty of other companies in 2025 that are reputable. 1 more thing, shipping took over 2 months to add the cherry on top. Give me my money back!!
