I ordered a se7 headphones and paid for DHL shipping. after a week I followed up and they said black colour is not available and I should choose a different colour. I asked them for a gold one. Again after a couple of days, nothing happened and I contacted them. This time they said gold is not available as well and I can only order white. I confirmed the white and they replied my address is not complete ( There is no problem with the address). it seems they are not going to send headphones and are just killing time. I will definitely follow this up with related authorities.

Definitely a scam. I ordered on 14 Sep 2021, Waited a week and no shipping confirmation. Emailed them and a bot emailed back. It told me to email a different support email address. I emailed that too and what seems to be a human responded saying that they needed to ship the package from the China warehouse. They did give me a tracking number but it is for a package that weighs 0.1Kg (impossible as I ordered 2 E9 headphones) and there has been no update on the status even today (4 Oct 2021). Just opened a dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY. Most positive reviews are from a while ago when Cowin was legit selling on Amazon. They are not selling on Amazon anymore and looking back, this cowinaudio.com site is sketchy! Many parts of the site have no info or are incomplete.

Ordered weeks ago and sent an email. No response and no shipping information. I also tried calling their number and it’s always busy. I will be disputing the charge . The only reason I wanted the headphones was because the blue/green color is unique but I regret buying anything from this company. Avoid this company!!

UPDATE: Ironically I received the headphones 2 days after writing this review. I never received a tracking number. However, I have the headphones now.

It was of good quality. Unfortunately I broke off one of the ends after a years use by not being careful enough with it. If it's cared for it can last a very long time.

Headphones failed/broke after one year. Despite 2 year warranty, a return is now impossible since the company pulled all their items including thousands of reviews from Amazon.

This is completely irresponsible and unaccountable.
The company has been unresponsive and obviously I'm telling you to avoid this company when there are so many other alternatives out there for quality audio.

I just received my order, and it’s not correct. I ordered blue-green headphones and they sent a different model in black. I’m still waiting for resolution from customer service but I’m not optimistic- the image on the photo in the receipt has changed to match what they sent. I would think I’m losing it, but I took a screenshot of the receipt when I first received it so I can compare the two. Beyond sketchy.

This is the second pair of headphones I’ve tried to order from this company. The first pair ran out of stock after I purchased. They tried to talk me into purchasing a more expensive pair instead of refunding, but I was eventually refunded. I placed an order for a different pair on the 30th of April and despite several emails asking for an update, I haven’t received any tracking info or an ETA. Ive had to report the purchase as fraud through my bank as they haven’t replied to me once.

I was skeptical but there are so many good reviews. Arrived very quickly, immediately impressed by the packaging, quality of the physical set seems solid, swivels really well, even without the noise cancelling on the headphones block out noise well, the button sets will take me a bit get use to. Only complaints: no bass boost button, at full blast the volume isn’t as loud as I hoped, and the sound quality is what you pay for. Wishing I went with the pro version

I ordered a pair of dark violet e7 pro headphones directly from the cowin website. I recieved a box from Newegg with a pair of blue e7 headphones. Very disappointed.

I've reached out via chat and email 4 times without a response.

And if you call their "customer service" phone number, it goes to voice-mail where the mailbox is full. Sounds like im not the only one to have unresolved issues with cowin. Never again will I order from them.

So far so good with ordering. I ordered the apex elites after some friends recommended Cowin. Never heard of Cowin but they said it’s well worth the money so I’m gonna give them a shot. I’m just hoping the buds will stay put like they advertise and they have volume!!! The corded ones that come with the iPhone 11 suck so I’m hoping these will do it.

Such a wonderful company! Even during this pandemic, the company was sure to keep contact explaining the wait. By the way, I didn't have a wait. Haha. I highly recommend the headphones. I stand behind the "headphones on, world off" statement.

I have to leave this review since I have been on their site recently. I am really impressed with COWIN'S website. I recently purchased from them and I must say they have one of the most nicest lay outs in their site I have seen. It's very nice and helps you make the right decision in what you want. A very good business I would say and very informative. A very friendly place to. They are very Quick also in your shipping your item to you. I like them. They have very good products as I have purchased from them several times.

I am very happy that I purchased their blue tooth noise canceling headphones. They are very comfortable and I can hear/enjoy my music like never before, without blasting it at 💯- after 25yrs at the USPS working on mail sorting machinery. My contact with their customer service has been awesomely direct and responsive, I have no doubt they care about my satisfaction with their product. The prices and the customer service has me looking forward to becoming a regular customer of Cowin.

I have been a HUGE fan of Cowin starting with my first purchase of the E7 over the ear headphones. So affordable and the sound quality is unmatched. A month ago I thought I would try the Cowin earbuds and when I received them they were also amazing sounding. But after about a month of using them one of the buds sounded a bit lower than the other. I emailed customer service and they sent me a new pair no questions asked!!! I LOVE THIS COMPANY! They have really made me fall in love with music all over again. Keep it up COWIN!!!!!

Bought these as a gift and I liked them so much that I got one for me. Comfortable fit. Very easy to pair to mobile devices. The noise canceling function is amazing.

I bought my first (gently used) pair last year to try them out because a friend recommended them, and when they finally died I did not waste a minute ordering new ones - the first time was an experiment to see if they would be worth the full price. They ARE. I. Love. Them. I cannot shut up about them. I wear them 9+ hours a day Monday through Friday and most of the time on weekends. I love metal and I love it loud, and these headphones are my Holy Grail. I love them so much.

The over ear pair that I bought are absolutely wonderful, I have the teal green color. I have been searching for months for a pair with big enough cups to go over my industrial ear piercing. (I also have a daith and can't wear ear buds) I kept getting pairs that were too lose on my head and I had been wanting a new pair for the gym. There is a noise cancelling option and the sound quality is amazing. I will be back!!

They are the best!! Emailed after my order and helped me pick a new color to get my headphones faster since I need them for work and we’re extremely kind and helpful and have fantastic prices! I can’t recommend or thank them enough
