Visited the Godalming store today. Was so impressed by how friendly and helpful all the staff are. Everyone had big smiles and were enthusiastic to help, a lovely vibe. Came out with some gorgeous soft furnishings and am super grateful for the interiors ideas…looks fabulous. Lovely stock generally. Made me want to shop in store more.

From ordering in the Godalming Store to my delivery on Monday this week, the process has been so easy.
We were furnishing an entire house, so I paid for the assembly service and to have packaging removed.
Gary and Mark arrived promptly and were cheerful and professional from start to finish. They worked methodically and carefully, inspecting the furniture as they put it together. This meant that a damaged bed head was photographed and reported immediately by Gary and a replacement ordered on the spot.
All the packaging was removed and Gary and Mark were respectful of the property, leaving everything tidy.
The only thing that was missing was a lamp shade which was on the wrong van,but again they reported it immediately. That evening, the driver who had the missing lamp shade diverted via my house with the missing item so the order was complete.
The furniture is beautiful and really makes the house a home.
This is the best service that I have had from a company. Thank you to everyone at Cotswold Company.

Tyrell and Brett delivered and assembled my new bed and matress - I was sent a message saying they would be arriving early which was useful. They were very nice, were quick to assemble everything and took away all the rubbish, so were great to deal with, thank you!

Lovely furniture, good quality. Love the showroom in Godalming - staff were very helpful. Happy with delivery drivers Earle and Morgan who delivered, unpacked and positioned the furniture as requested. Happy overall with my purchase!

Great product. Went in store to view before purchasing and had great in-store service who helped make the decision and answered questions about the product line. The delivery was easy as I was well communicated to before and on the day. Gary and Bryant were polite, pleasant and quick with the delivery/install. Would recommend

Quality and customer focus are always excellent in store and on phone lines. Godalming branch has really helpful attentive staff and a brilliant manager. Matt D and Ant delivered my rug today on time and with a great attitude a and gift of fudge from the company. Lovely focus on customer service from this company.

Very helpful staff in store, couldn’t have been more patient with us while we decided on the purchase. My girlfriend is also pregnant, so they brought the items to us while she took a seat to rest. Amazing

Would have liked the store to have the piece of furniture I wanted on show. I have had to order without seeing it.
Also the store lady was in my opinion not helpful, sent us up steep stairs as she said it was up there ( it wasn’t) had to come back down to speak to her only to go back up to see something similar but not what I wanted.
I am happy to order on line but would have liked to see it first. Buying a piece of furniture for £450 without seeing it first is not ideal.

The friendly and helpful staff in all my recent transactions made shopping at The Cotswold Company a pleasure. Notably Jackie, who gave me a considerable amount of her time and expert advice when matching cushions and throws to the two new sofas I’d bought from the shop recently. She showed me different combinations of size, pattern and texture, which I wouldn’t have thought of myself, and I’m delighted with my final purchases which really enhance the sofas. I very much appreciated her design advice. Thank you.

Lisa and her colleague were excellent. Very attentive, understanding and patient.

The only downside, is that the company don’t take American Express in store, which is unfortunate.

Lisa Ann, was a knowledgeable and personable sales lady. She knew the stock and she made sure we got price match deals with John Lewis as appropriate.
The proof of Cotswold will be in the delivery and quality of the product, but the sales delivery was first class.

Matt H and Adam delivered and assembled a wardrobe for me. They were polite and careful with my property. They kept me informed of what was happening and made a great job of assembling it and putting in the right place. All the rubbish was cleared away. It was a speedy and easy process.

Very clean and everything really clearly laid out. I’ve bought from Cotswold company online many times but always come into the showroom to see it. Staff always very helpful
