Still Waiting for Resolution – Replacement Table Needed

My experience with The Cotswold Company has been a nightmare. My table and chairs arrived damaged—one cracked chair, a cracked leaf, refused removal of faulty table and writing on another leaf.
SEVERAL Replacement attempts have been a disaster: the delivery team refused to remove the faulty table, leading to another attempt in which they only replaced the tabletop, resulting in an uneven table top with gaps, and difficulty to use. The driver was abrupt and struggled for 15 minutes to fit the new top.
I ask, (with no response)
• Was the driver instructed to replace only the tabletop or the full table? These units are built as a single product, so a partial replacement is completely inadequate.
I have followed all instructions, cooperated fully, and communicated promptly. I am simply asking for one thing: a new, complete table delivered and installed correctly. I am still waiting for a senior member of customer service (Chris E) to contact me—this is unacceptable.
I was told that would be within 48 hours, it’s now been 5 days.
The poor product quality and disorganised service make this an extremely frustrating experience
