Good morning i book in appointment to rotate my tiers at airport Costco came here I was first one at the front the guy was helping me he’s name Jim he wasn’t in a good mood he said going to take hour and half I sad ok came back saw my car park outside ask him if my car done he said going to take another 10 minutes but why he said that to me and my car done waiting outside in parking lot so for me not coming back to that location anymore and Jim wasn’t a great person to work with please guys talk to him to be nice to people thank you

Extended Warranty on electronics is garbage. 10 days ago our TV quit. Costco said to talk to extended warranty. Extended warranty filed a claim and sent it to a service company. No contact in 10 days from the service company and extended warranty says not their problem because they filed a claim and the service company has 30 days before they even follow up and try to get the warranty service completed. Extended warranty does nothing to help except file a claim

I have been looking to buy a Bulova Sport Black Dial Men's Watch since the last week of June 2026. Item 2007260 | Model 2007260. I saw the price drop from 319.99 to 249.99 on the website. When I put this item in my shopping cart, there was no price drop shown. I called customer service; no resolution. Then I requested to speak with a supervisor; same lame excuses. They said it's a glitch and you have to pay the full price. Totally unprofessional approach and response. I would cancel my membership. Not a corporate store's behaviour. Disappointed !!!!

Applying for a membership card is ridiculous.
Without a drivers license or a government photo ID you can’t get a membership to give them my money.
Ontario health card with your picture isn’t good enough and they really try to upsell another credit card, which is pathetic as I have another credit card that has several me well for decades.
Costco definitely is not getting my business and I will continue with Canadian companies.

Ils ont laissé un article dans une boîte énorme, pesant plus de 100 livres, à l’extérieur. Lorsque j’ai appelé le service à la clientèle de Costco.ca, on m’a informée qu’ils n’offrent pas la livraison à l’intérieur et qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire pour m’aider.

Étant à mobilité réduite, ma seule option est de retourner l’article, et la compagnie de livraison viendra le récupérer exactement à l’endroit où ils l’ont laissé. Si l’article est volé avant que la compagnie de livraison passe le récupérer, ça va être un cauchemard pour déterminer qui a la responsabilité..

They left an item outside in a huge box weighing more than 100 pounds. When I called Costco.ca customer service, I was told that they do not offer indoor delivery and that they could not assist me.
Since I have reduced mobility, my only option is to return the item, and the delivery company will pick it up exactly where they left it. Unclear what happens if the item is stolen before the delivery company comes to retrieve it.

Attention la garantie de Costco est une arnaque, après 1½ ans il est apparu des lignes sur l'écran de ma tv, j'avais une garantie de 2 ans avec Costco plus j'ai payé une garantie prolongée de 4 ans pour un total de 6 ans. Costco ne veux pas réparer ou même remplacer la télé, pourquoi payer des garanties et rien avoir quand c'est défectueux.

J’ai commandé 3 produits et j’ai payé pour la livraison telle que prévu . Par contre Costco ne m’a livré que 2 produits. Le représentant de Costco me confirme que je dois refaire une commande de plus de $75 et repayer pour la livraison pour re-avoir le produit manquant à ma commande initiale. Je trouve cela totalement injuste que c’est moi, le client qui doit assumer des frais supplémentaires pour un produit qu’il ne m’ont pas livré.

Have been a Member for Decades. Over the last few years the Clothes Quality has taken a very deep dive. Kirkland Cotton Work T's used to be the absolute best and I purchased MANY t's.
They are now sized for the Asian Crowd I am not racist, I am just not Asian sized. Kirkland T's are now 2 1/2 inches shorter on the torso, and cotton quality is much thinner that historical.
Just bought some Tommy Boxer Briefs last week and the quality again a absolute Joke.
We really are debating whether a Membership is worth the cost anymore!

The Costco greed seems to be limitless. This morning they were selling gasoline at their edmonton locations at 143.9. Most of the gas stations in a 3 km radius around them sell gas at 136.9 .Great job Costco. Charging me a membership fee for the right and privilege to buy much more expensive stuff from you. I get that it's a private bussines and they can do/sell whoever they want, but at least stop bragging about your members benefits. Truth be told, we the customers/ members are stupid ,because we put up with their sh..t

I have purchased for my husband 50 years birthday a week ago, ( his birthday is jul 14) and I just noticed it is cancelled , the reason of cancellation is “ out of stock “ , first of all why when I was ordering, it was in stock and I could order?, second, it is in stock with the higher price.so the cancellation reason is the price . I’m really disappointed and don’t know what should I do now, Costco ruined all my planning for my husband birthday.

Got gas at Costco today and while most city of Wpg gas stations were priced at $1.46L., our "high priced Costco Membership" had their gas priced at exactly 2 cents cheaper, what a ridiculous deal for Costco members. Costco gas price should be at least 5 cents cheaper than anywhere else! Not impressed with Costco.

My spouse and I hold executive memberships with Costco for several years now and our experiences have been nothing but great all round. Costco has always held its customer service experience to a high standard. Regrettably that changed this afternoon in speaking with the CSR at the Pharmacy in Ajax. The entire experience was unpleasant - she spoke in a raised voice and was obstinate and prepared to send me away without my order - that Costco had called to confirm had arrived and was ready for pickup!! I even showed her the call log but was continued to be interrogated and had to even provide private information like my date of birth all because she claimed there was nothing showing up on her computer screen for me to pick up!! Instead of an apology for perhaps the obvious confusion and offering to check with the pharmacist or a colleague - she rather I, the customer, be inconvenienced for her incompetence, and be turned away without fulfilling my order. After several minutes of defensive excuses on her part she suddenly realized my order may just be a "special order" and goes into the back room and miraculously brings me my vitamins. Brilliant! I asked her why this never occurred to her sooner and still in her unapologetic tone of voice said she was new. I told her she obviously needed more training. I did speak with the store manager, to explain the incident, however, Costco please ensure this front line customer service representative is definitely provided training in people skills and customer service. This is not the service an elderly or even an ill individual using your pharmacy should have to encounter.

Purchased the Executive Membership for the 100 dollars off promo code. I need to shop online due to disability. They require an in person visit to pick up the card and only then will they send the promo code. Be sure to remember the code because you will be requested to enter it numerous times. COSTCO
100 for Canadians who are purchasing a membership for the first time. Or if you have not been a member for 18 months. Executive membership only. They did allow me to cancel on the phone with customer service. Also they want your interac number and permission for them to use your data on google cloud.

costco has such a poor service. bought 12 shelves for my bank food in march. the driver call me in april saying one is missing and w damage! i told him do not delivver the damage ones. guess what they left them anyways in the garage of the bankfood they did m
not want to bring them back! i called and called. they never come the day they are saying. Now we want re- imbursement of 3 it s on my visa card!! 3 damage one never got! i pass 45 minutes on the phone yesterday june 16th (cause costco could not help) ; yesterday with a guy that cares less and made me répète non stop. first he letted me wait very long after already many minutes and came back 37 min after on the phone! i emailed costco with pictures of the waiting time.costco i want service please ! since april the nightmare. Used to be reliable. Now products we always buy are not in stock. I have an executive membership that is supposed to save me money, but If I can't buy what I need there is little point of going at all. It costs me more in gas than it does to shop there now. The store manager tells you to call in at 8:30 in the morning to see if what you need is in stock, so you spend an hour on the phone in queue. I don 't think so. They also tell you to buy on line, but again, the items I need are not listed for online sales. It's time for a change in this household. I can't handle the frustration any longer.

I bought my hearing aids at Costco after my friend recommended them to me.
1. The price is so much lower than other businesses.....quite lower!
2. The after service is excellent.
3. I went in today because my right ear keeps on having problems with ear wax. No problem they took out the filter which was totally blocked and reminded me to put two drops of olive oil in both ears.
4. Then I told them I still have trouble hearing quite voices in a crowded room. No problem they added a special upgrade at no cost.
Great service entitlements and friendly staff.

I spent nearly two thousand dollars in Costco last month and I cannot even get chicken thighs there anymore time to rethink my membership!

We ordered a refrigerator on Friday May 15th 2026. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday May 23, 2026. It didn't show up after waiting all day for it. I received an email saying the delivery was canceled and we'd be notified of a rescheduling date. That never happened. After a week or so we called customer service and the person said the local delivery company would call to reschedule. That hasn't happened. We called again this morning and they said they'd look into it. We're waiting. Horrible service.
