Hassle free claim process
I spoke to a number of colleagues at Columbus when I was making a claim for my cancelled holiday. Apart from the fact that the line from their end was not always clear, and I had to ask for the advisers to often repeat themselves, everyone I dealt with was helpful. This was the first time I have had to make a claim against travel insurance and Columbus made it more or less stress free experience.
