Columbus web site for a/c, Renewal is very poor, does not accept existing customer log in details and have to register again..
The process for renewal is very cumbersome to use and not very intuitive.
And of course no-one in person works Sat / Sun..

We are working with our technical team to see if we can improve on the log in process for existing/renewal customers as we are aware that some people are having problems. This is a relatively new system, certainly since you last purchased with us, so there would have been no previous log in details for you to be able to access. We are looking to see if there are ways we can signpost this better.

All my insurance was done with them. You have to pay for your treatment aboard but they will pay all pennies back quicker than you think. For me was a dental treatment in Turkey ( £300) . Insurance cost me £100.
You never know when you might need it. Worth all the money.

Being over 80 means I have to take out a travel insurance for every trip (indeed, many insurers won't cover an octogenarian!) Yet again, Columbus Direct has served me well!
