Made multiple purchases from this site, good prices and decent selection of products but always out of stock. Good customer service but sometimes takes too long to respond. Purchased shoes that were too big for me and had them replaced within a week. They also have discount codes and sales which is pretty cool.

There is a reason they have the lowest prices - the customer service is non-existent. Fault with shoes bought but no response despite contacting them multiple times. I would much rather pay more to a company that actually cares about its customers.

I am a regular costumer of this store. They have amazing deals, fast delivery, easy to return.

Stay away from this company, I have returned products, I didn't even opened the package. They didn't refund me properly .poor customer service no-one reply, they ignore my emails too disappointing .order number 20196 this is scam

Extremely unprofessional and attitude towards customers is quite poor. I had ordered a racket and some accessories to go with the racket. Quite conveniently without confirming with me, they said the racket isn't available and refunded for the racket but posted the accessories. The accessories were useless to me without a racket and I had to pay for delivery as well. So I kindly requested to send me a returns label and refund for the accessories along with the delivery fee. After numerous phone calls, it took them 10 days to send me a returns label. I can see from the tracking info, it was delivered to them on 7th July and as of today, they are saying they have not received the return. I mean this is absolutely disgusting. I hope I had never ordered and I vow to make sure no one in my player's group, coach and mentoring staff, and their students/friends-family.. nobody uses this company.

I'm a long time customer with them. Been shopping ever since I picked up a racket back in 2016 and have probably ordered more than 30+ high end rackets and never had issues.

My recent order for the latest nanoflare 1000z was due to arrive last Friday but never did even though it was marked as delivered by FedEx. Initially I was really annoyed especially as the lack of email reply. After the initial reply I wasn't getting anymore relies. I called the store on Monday and Andy picked up and was very helpful in starting an investigation on this. Few days later I contacted again and this time Andy and Jarred pressed on the matter and got FedEx to admit that they lost it and offered me a refund. While Initially this was a negative experience, but because of the efforts of Andy and Jarred and their excellent customer service it was a pleasant experience in the end snd shows that they care about their loyal customers. Will certainly continue to shop there.

Order has not arrived and no response.
My order was placed with next day delivery.
It has now been over 5 days and still no order.
Nobody is responding to emails, web chat requests or phone calls.
Im wondering if this company is still operating...
Avoid!!

Update: a few days after I initially wrote the review, they replied back to me on email saying that they had moved offices and had too much backlog. They sent the racket to me in 2-3 days of replying back. The lack of communication did cause me anxiety and uncertainty but the racket does seem genuine. I hope you have better experience than I did!

Bought the badminton in All England open. They said it would be delivered in 2-3 days. It’s been more than a week and it has not arrived. Their phones go to voicemails automatically and they don’t respond back to the voicemails and neither to my emails.

Good low prices. First racket I bought from here was excellent. I bought the same racket for my daughter. The frame is scratched and the grip is not new. The racket has either been used or possibly damaged during the re-gripping. I have contacted them numerous times and either they do not respond or half-respond without answering questions like whether they will refund the postage charge to send the racket back. Purchase was made 21st Jan and I have been emailing them regularly since then.
Such a shame as I remember my parents buying rackets from them when I was a child. Disappointing cutomer service

I am the person that takes forever trawling the Internet for the best deals and reading all the reviews before making a purchase. Have found Central Sports to have a wide selection of products to choose from. Their prices have always been the lowest. They offer great advice if you're not sure which product is best for you. Delivery - Bought 2 rackets one morning, they restrung them and I had them in my hands by lunch the next day. Will defo continue to go straight there for my badminton needs and save myself a lot of time.

This site is the most responsive site out there with, and the staff are amazing in assisting with racquet selections. Returns/refunds are quickly assisted with as well. Highly recommended

Awful company. Strings snapped twice within 1 week, won't on board criticism. Poor service and reply times. Not willing to resolve their faults.

So my first racket bought from this webpage broke in the middle of the shaft, they asked me to send it in and in less than a month i had a brand new racket -no charge. I really appreciate the good costumer service!

They always have great prices and are super reliable. I have bought off them a few times, the delivery is really fast. The only downside is that they don't provide a tracking number

Second time I've used Central Sports to order now. I ordered a badminton racquet from them last year, which arrived as described and very promptly.

Yesterday afternoon, I ordered some badminton shoes and a grap and they arrived first thing this morning.
Of all my years of buying items online, I really can't think of any other online trader providing such a prompt service.

Overall, happy with the speed and the products provided.

I've used Central Sports numerous times, and have never had anything but wonderful service. Yesterday, I placed an order at 1.15PM and it arrived at on my doorstep at 9.30 this morning... considering I stay in central Scotland, I could not have had my hands on the delivery quicker had I driven to pick up myself! This has been my consistent experience with Central Sports over the years. Recommended unreservedly.

Never able to get through on contact number and don't bother answering queries

I've used this company to buy Yonnex shuttlecocks, badminton racquets/ equipment and re-stringing for many years.
Great service in getting goods out to you; racquets well-packaged/ protected and prices very competitive.
