Ordered a Yonex Ezone 100L and everything was perfect—racket arrived in great condition, strings customised exactly as requested with the right colour, and they even matched the overgrip colour to the racket beautifully. The autograph work was clean and professional too. Super impressed with the attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Despite the mixed reviews, I chose Central Sports because they offered the racquet I wanted at the cheapest price, even better with a promo code. They also had all the accessories I needed, including a dampener and grip. The delivery was fast, and the racket was well-packaged. It was brand new, as were the accessories. I would definitely use them again.

Do not order online from this company, fancy website. Worst customer service ,and disgusting business practices. They list items on their website at desirable prices but don’t have any stock, never did have the items in stock! . They don’t reply to emails and then only issue you a refund once you ring up and complain. When talking on the phone it became evident that they do this all the time. Wonder how many people they’ve scammed over the years were never revived orders. I would give a 0 star review if I could

I had a great first experience with Central Sports, which made me confident to order again. However, my second order was extremely disappointing.

Firstly, the racket was not delivered to my home—I had to take an hour-long tube trip to a warehouse to collect it. Secondly, the racket arrived with visible paint damage, a missing advertising card, and the branded grip sticker had been torn off. It looked like a returned or used product.

I emailed their customer service with clear photos, but after several days, I have received no response at all. I've even placed a new order recently, but now I'm honestly worried about the quality and service going forward.

I really hope Central Sports improves its customer care and quality control. I loved this brand initially, but now I’m losing trust. Still hoping to hear back soon.

Next day delivery on Royal Mail was actually cheaper than regular delivery which surprised me. I was very suspicious of the low rating on Trustpilot however my experience is at a total contrast as they provided the requested product - being tungsten tape - at a cheaper price than any other store and delivered it to me in the 24 hour window. Would recommend, had no complications and was fantastic.

I ordered 2 rackets from Central Sports over the last few months. Both arrived within a few days, both fantastic, and strung as per my request. 1 of them broke within 2 weeks and they sent it back to Imanufacturer, who then approved a warranty replacement. That whole process took around 3 weeks. Which is great as far as im concerned. They replied to all my emails and I even got a call out the blue to let me know about the warranty claim. They were also phoning to ask if I wanted the same strings and tension as my origional order - and it was shipped that same day, and delivered the next day! Can't ask for any better than that. Very happy with my service - hence the review.

Terrible company, ordered shoes from them selected wrong size in error, immediately asked to change to correct size acknowledged email but then proceeded to dispatch wrong size so could make me pay for return and then another 6 pounds to exchange. Terrible customer service will never use company again.

I initially thought that they are just taking time to respond but now I realise that don't respond at all.

Customer care doesn't respond to mails or pick calls. It is hard to find a human to covey the problem and get it resolved. I got a Nanoflare 700 Pro Racket from their stall at the All England Open Badminton Championship yesterday. It had some white patches and flaky matte finish and I want to get it replaced and no one picks the call so that I can discuss this.

Free next day delivery and a welcome discount! Delighted with my trainers, recommended!

Bought my badminton racket yonex astrox rc few weeks ago but unfortunately snapped from grip handle....

Very unprofessional. I asked for the racket to be unstung, but strings were strung without permission, and my racket was damaged. Later, they only asked me to send the racket back that there was no stock.

Hate writing these but what a shambles and disrespectful company. Never shipped my order, chased them and wanted to cancel. Nobody responds to email, phone calls, no one mans chat service. Will never use them again.

Update on 25 January 2025 - they have cancelled the order with the courier but not refund me my money. Still can't get to speak to anyone despite ringing, emailing and messages via chat.
