Very poor customer service always get substandard products better avoid this company. Recently bought it £280 racket just slayed 1 shot and strings broken complaint them no response selling cheap products in high prices

Ordered online, quick delivery and even got a bag included that wasn't mentioned. Grip colour said they'd pick a colour that suited the racket which I was sceptical about but it was free so I thought I'd just hope for the best and they made a great choice thank you very much!

Customer is always right but the management like to argue

Appalled by the management and the lack of good customer service

Ordered a high end tennis racket for my son's birthday. Item arrived perfectly within less than 48 hours of ordering. Nearly didn't order given other reviews but glad I did - perfect experience and excellent price compared to other sites.

Awful. Do not use!

Ordered an item and it was marker as shipped about 3 days after original order. Was given a tracking code (royal mail 24)... tracking code said that royal mail was still waiting to receive the item from Central sports..

After numerous emails, calls , social media (all being ignored) I final managed to speak to someone who subsequently told me that they item i ordered was not in stock and that they will now refund me...

Bare in mind I had received an email that had told me my order was on its way with the tracking code

The person on the phone said they don't have the stock so they canceled the postage... but just didn't tell me

If I hadn't of contacted them I'd still be £££ down and no product..

The peeosn on phone really dis not care for my situation either..

Items is fine, but the service is very poor and unreasonable. When I placed the order, the webpage clearly showed the Black Friday offer(cash back plus free gifts), but after receiving the items, there was no Black Friday offer. I contacted the customer service , and they said that because my item had already been reduced in price, I could not use the Black Friday discount at the same time. This is unreasonable. If the discounted items cannot use the Black Friday cash back, it should be clearly displayed on the webpage. I asked the customer service to show me where it is marked that the discounted items cannot use the Black Friday discount, and the customer service refused to reply any information. This is the so-called service, it is such horrible!!!

1. Don't answer phone. Tried repeatedly.
2. Don't ring back when leave message.
3. Chat is not working today either.
4. Notified me item in stock. Ordered it within 20 minutes then cancelled order saying no stock.
This was a XMAS present - difficult to find suitable item.

ordered a racket for next day delivery. 4 days later, the order on their website still just says confirmed.
No response to emails. The automated chatbot doesn't work properly and just hangs. Waiting for a human on the chat, and no-one ever shows. Have rung numerous times and never answered. Have messaged them on instagram as well, but not holding much hope. Will give it another day or so, and then hope I can get money back through credit card company. It's either a scam site, or simply incompetent.
Edit: they did eventually get in touch to say they were swamped with orders, and was delayed, this was 5 days after the next day delivery order was made. But, it was then sent out and received. Changed rating accordingly, not a scam site, just don't rely on them. If they had contacted immediately to say they had problems wouldn't have been an issue.

I have ordered couple of badminton rackets 3 weeks ago for my daughter and still awaiting the delivery of the items, they have run out the frame I have ordered didn't mention in the website or any sort of communication to me and after so many calls they said other color is available and if you are happy we can send that next day delivery with others.
Very poor customer service and no responsibility over information.

I have purchased a tennis racket for my son for £141 and also chosen black string put on, they have run out the string colour didn't mention in the website, sent a different colour string without customer permission, also I have received a damage/scratched mark on tennis racket. I went to Birmingham store asked for the replacement one, an impolite staff did not very nice to talk at all in store, didn't get replacement or refund for scratch brand new racket, the main reason was racket without handle plastic seal. Also suggested me to selling in Ebay if you don't like it. They only can restring the racket. We have chosen the string from store with the staff. Finally we have received the racket by post today, STILL wrong string put on my racket. I have spent £141 for damage/scratch and wrong string on. Ridiculous store, Ridiculous staff and very poor customer service.

I bought some netball trainers- they arrived in good time and were as described- Brilliant ready for next season court-time.

Ordered off Elverys 02nd June cancelled 20th as no update on status for delivery
Ordered off Central Sports Saturday received Tuesday with free delivery
I would highly recommend Central sports and will definitely use again.

Very poor customer service from this company and from Yonex. I bought a badminton racket in March and the racket buckled on the head. I had a clash with another player which has happened before. I was told they would sent it to Yonex to be assessed which they did.
Yonex refused to refund me stating it wasn’t a manufacturing default and central sports wanted £6 to get rid of the racket… don’t use this company

My order was £400+
It’s been 6 says since my order was placed but no one reply and nothing update on my order, I choose next day delivery by the way

The racket price was competitive (better than those shops which cancelled my order without giving me a chance to accept an alternative offer, when they realised their price was wrong on their website).
CS offered a variety range of string selections for upgrade and the free autograph is amazing. I will definitely shop at CS again.

I bought a radical head tennis racket from them. It was easy to order at a great price and it came very quickly. They sent me an email, saying they are a small company and appreciated the order. I highly recommend them. I certainly will use them again and think it is important to support small businesses like this who are trying to survive. It was a great experience and I absolutely love my new racket which has taken my game to another level!

I watched YouTube and CKYEW said mention my name and you will get discounts so I did on Saturday 9/12/2023 was told that didn’t exist so I ended up paying just short of £200 for badminton shoes and 2 tubes of shuffles.
So I decided to go online and try purchase online with the same discount code and it went through saving me £20 I contacted the store and was told they couldn’t do anything

Made multiple purchases from this site, good prices and decent selection of products but always out of stock. Good customer service but sometimes takes too long to respond. Purchased shoes that were too big for me and had them replaced within a week. They also have discount codes and sales which is pretty cool.
