Since my mother arrived 10 months ago she has settled in extremely well. As I visit at least 4-5 times a week I can see for myself the excellent level of care given by ALL members of the team.
The team are very professional , patient and caring and know each residents needs, requirements and assist them accordingly.

stupid sytem
I left a review for a care home. One that is doing a poor job, and the website asks my details to be sent to the care home to verify my review...Do you realise how stupid this system is? I asked them to keep my details secret because we live in a small town and the managers are not very nice, and I don't want any issues in town.

Nursing home. Housed in an interesting period property with extensive grounds, elegantly furnished and staffed by a team of expert and kind carers. A big
plus is the food, two chefs produce delicious, beautifully presented meals catering for all tastes. My two weeks respite was an enjoyable success.

First time finding a home
Good website and staff advice particularly for someone not familiar with care homes. Staff very efficient and attentive and followed up. Some of the individual care homes were slow to respond though.

Amazing help at difficult time
Pauline, janene and Laura have all been brilliant . From initial contact , they have constantly checked in and updated me on availability in the area. Empathetic and caring, I couldn't have asked for better help. Answering emails quickly and always helpful. Thoroughly recommend this site 100 % at a difficult time , they do all the legwork for you.
