Great Company
Engaged the services of this company to try and locate a respite facility for my elderly mother. Very approachable and professional staff members. Contact was very good, listening ear and follow up emails were appreciated. Would recommend them for help and assistance in this field.

While we do our best to encourage care homes to respond to enquiries, unfortunately we can't guarantee that they will get in touch. Our Care Help Team sent enquiries to the homes on your shortlist and, when you let us know you were still searching, Sophie offered to expand your search to help you find more options.
We appreciate how frustrating it can be when you're waiting to hear back, particularly when you're trying to find suitable care. We hope you're able to find the right home soon.

You, Imogen, in particular, very rapidly assimilated my requirements and translated these into a short list of care homes in my area. Having now personally visited a majority of these - where vacancies existed, I can say most of the list are eminently suitable.
