Their price is good. But, their shipping is terrible. For over $49 order, they offered free shipping. Budget Pet product didn't provide any details about their shipping (who/how long). I wait for nearly 2 weeks. But, there was still no further movement. As it was pet food order, I couldn't wait any more and I contacted Budget Pet. But, they did noting and they has zero customer support. I asked them to return my order. They said their standard delivery timeframe is 7~12 business days. It's very slow. If they provided it when I placed an order, I wouldn't go with this dodgy free shipping. They never provided this information. Their shipping policy also doesn't show this information. After my order has been processed for return, they said I need to wait until it was returned. So, I need to wait another 2 weeks and I will waste 4 weeks time. It's so terrible shipping policy.

Good range of cat products. Fast and accurate delivery.

So I placed and paid for a bag of cat food. Then I get told they are holding delivery because verifying codes which they sent to the wrong phone haven't been answered. So I try and update the phone number but I can't , I have to phone them but many unanswered calls later I give up. They make Fawlty Towers seem sane and efficient.

Been a customer of BPP for many years and never had a problem. Orders have arrived on time, no problems with payments, never been sent the wrong thing.
When I first started using BPP I often found little extra gifts in with my order. Since COVID they have not taken calls but I've had no issues with their "chat".
I must add it makes me sad to see so many negative reviews, some about very petty issues. Again .. never had a problem.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BUDGET PET PRODUCTS!!!!

Firstly I would like to say this is the FIRST time in my entire life I’ve ever left a negative review.

I ordered expensive, prescription food for my cat which did not arrive after a month. I cannot even detail the nightmare it was to receive a refund for this purchase - multiple emails, online chat enquires, contact to both the courier and Budget Pet Products, a PayPal claim - amongst other channels. I finally received a refund (ordering from a competitor in the meantime where my order took TWO DAYS to arrive to regional NSW!!!) - now weeks later I’ve received an email requesting payment for the original, refunded order as they’re claiming it since arrived at my premises. I do not appreciate being accused of being a liar and would gladly pay for the order IF IT HAD ARRIVED - IT NEVER DID!!!

Do yourself a favour and listen to the multitude of 1 star reviews. It’s not worth the hassle of trying to deal with an inferior company who choose to use subpar courier services. Huge lesson learnt - Google the product and find a competitive price elsewhere.

I was using the Adaptil Junior collar for my puppy with the hope it would calm her fear of cars with ongoing carsickness along with her crying when we leave the room
Although the collar went on easily and didn’t bother her (or my other dog wasn’t concerned about it on her sister) it really didn’t work for our miniature dachshund
She still dig her feed into the ground when she came near the car
And then a 30 min car ride she vomited twice (a record for her)
It had no calming effect on us leaving the room with her still calling out a lot

I really had high hopes for this product and sadly none of them were met

Hey I’m a Frenchie breeder I have 3 pups at the moment and 5 adult dogs I had use the adaptil diffuser and to be honestly I didn’t see any difference towards my pups they were still hyperactive as usual basically didn’t see any difference in there behaviour as it states on the description didn’t see them calming down or any change at all I was gifted a product sample to trail and review and I try it for over a week and seen no difference and I gave it a week to come with this conclusion

I have been gifted a product sample to trial and review. The thundershirt is simply amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending this product. It has greatly helped Buddy with his separation anxiety, car travel, leash pulling and barking and licking as well as getting over excited. He is much calmer now and we are able to happily take him with us anywhere we go.

this is the worst experience i have ever had in regards to ordering something online i ever had, they will not release my product that i dam paid for until i confirmed my email address but i have and they keep on saying it was unsuccessful. i can't be the only person with this problem, what a crap process just to order something, good why to lose a lot of business guys! if i could give a zero i would, i will be going back to Pet Circle

Don't be fooled by "dispatches in 1-2 business days"!
It will take more than 10 days to get your order after dispatch and Aramex tracking says it's still in transit.
It's been 10 days since I placed an order but still it's on the way from GoldCoast to Sydney.
They might deliver my order by walk.

I would rate lower if possible! Ordered Christmas cookies for a friend. Her dog is like her child as she is unable to have children after battling leukemia. The cookies arrived damaged. I reached out to the supplier and the response was “ We are lucky that the cookies can still be used and enjoyed by your dog.”

Would you give your child a broken gingerbread man or toy on Christmas Day? I was absolutely disgusted in this response and they wouldn’t even offer a full refund! If you can’t ship a product and get it to the consumer in one piece don’t offer shipping.

I won’t be shopping here again or recommending this company. Never had this issue with dog cookies ordered through their competitor.

I have been using BPP for a few times and I found their price is always better than the competitors with the same genuine product. The delivery can be improved though but it's okay given the situation of Australia.

My order has arrived and it is good value for money, so I'm amending my earlier review. BPP told me they ask for extra verification to stop people purchasing from their site using fraudulent credit cards.

Weird and worrying. Why the extra code to my phone, then the claim that I failed to email it back to them as requested?
I will be interested to see if the goods arrive. A lesson in not buying from sites targeting customers by email, but who can remember the names of all the pet ones?

I have been a loyal customer with at least one order each month, each order worth at least 150$. I experienced some trouble in the past and they proved to have the worst customer service. Because of the price I still chose to buy here and I just have lost an order worth 525.11$ because of that "cheap" price. I guess that it ain't worthy anymore. The reason is they allow you to choose whether to approve for "Authority To Leave" but then Aramex left your order unnoticed anyway. When I contacted BPP they just walked away and simply responded that they have removed Auto delivery from my address. Is that all??

It’s got to be a scam. Take your payment and then say you need to tell them a verification code to have your order released but the code gets sent to an email similar to yours and of course you can’t tell them verification, so want to do another charge to your credit card to confirm it’s you??!! a small fee to fix they called it!! II’ve cancelled my order after dealing with some live chat that’s clearly not in australia and reported them to qld fair trading, waiting for refund

Worst service
No customer service. Ordered and paid for goods via credit card. Money debited to account. Would not deliver until they took additional money out to check if genuine. What a farce. I canceled my order and still have not been refunded my mone

Had an auto delivery with them. Reviewed items in order prior to shipping. Once order was final they emailed to say it was finalised and one item was out of stock so left. Didn't advise before shipping so I couldn't swap for something else leaving me short and with no option but to pay full price elsewhere. Customer Service is non existent.

I’ve never had problems with them, shipping with express was ultra fast considering everything going on nowadays.

I had to use them recently as Pet Warehouse had sent me food that well something was very clearly wrong with it. When air dried smells like vinegar there’s issues.

Not only that but the box the food came in had this strong eye irritating chemical perfume smelling stuff in it and it completely permeated 2 of the bags. The second box they sent me had the same results.

By eye irritant I mean burning and blurry vision that lasted well into the week. Whatever this stuff is it’s dangerous, had I had it on my eyes any longer who knows what would have happened. It also lingers for weeks and causes additional irritation if it gets in your eyes again.

Anyways back to Budget, had to make another food haul of $200 again. This time no issues, no weird smells, no vinegar and lastly no eye irritants.

Will definitely continue using them, even though they are a tad more expensive. But I’d rather expensive than eye irritation honestly, because that was anything but fun.

Completely unreliable and make no effort to assist. I have been purchasing automatic delivery for over a year and their price fluctuations mean that I can check the price one day and then the next when I am charged I can be charged $30 extra for the bag of dogfood. a huge amount! and then the next day - back to the former price. I complained and management just referred me to the terms and conditions that prices can fluctuate without notice. I asked for proof that the dog food was every that price and they couldn't but assured me I was not accidentally overcharged that for that one day the price was $30 higher and proceeded to show me a list of everyone who was auto charged for the food on that same day and also charged the higher amount. The delivery is also awful. could wait 10-14 days for delivery, moved to Pet circle - same produce, cheaper price and free 48 hour delivery.

Whoever they use for delivery is extremely unreliable. "dispatches in 1-2 business days" and then delivered... when? I've ordered from them 3 times and it's getting longer and longer each time. To save a few dollars on pet food I then have to spend money on "top up" pet food from my local pet store because delivery is taking weeks longer than it should.
