Ordered and paid in full online 11am 16/11. Confirmation email stated: ALL GOODS WILL BE DISPATCHED WHEN FULL PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.
Received an email 3:30pm 19/11 that it had been dispatched.
As of 4pm today 21/11 the order is still only sitting halfway between pickup and depot.
BPP phones close 4pm (what a lovely job, they don't work weekends either) so used the web chat to request a refund. No refund until goods are received back to the warehouse.
Asked where info is on dispatch time frames and delivery times. Dispatch info on website buried and vague and no delivery timelines I could be directed to.
So bad luck to me and my hungry dogs.

After checking, we see that your order has now been delivered as of 22/11. We’re glad it’s arrived, though we regret the delay. November’s Cyber Sales period can bring a higher volume of orders, which sometimes leads to dispatch and delivery delays despite our best efforts.

Honest and easy to deal with
Have bought from this company before and always find their site very easy to navigate - they have a huge range of products and their prices are nearly always the lowest. Very easy to deal with - wouldn't bother shopping anywhere else

First and last time I would ever order…
First and last time I would ever order from budget pet products. Placed my order on 26 th October 2024 and today is 4 th November I’m still waiting. Requested a refund and they said until they receive their product no refund so another 10 days before I see my money back.
Do Not Deal with this company please!
So I’m guessing it will take a month before I get my money back.

8 out of 10 times failed delivery
When I buy stuff from Budget Pet Products, 8 out of 10 times, Aramex failed to deliver. There was even a time when the dog shampoo arrived in a wine box while the conditioner went missing. Further, what's the point of stating that delivery is free if customers buy over $49 when you don't honour this policy? As for customer service, one personnel had the cheek to tell me to use paid postage instead and others gave excuses for Aramex when all other couriers from other companies have not failed to deliver.

Our standard practice is to send all orders in our branded Budget Pet Products boxes. If your items arrived in a different box, it’s likely that the original box was damaged in transit, and the courier repackaged it for safe delivery. What an incredibly idiotic waste of time?! The verification process for this company is so out of the park it's not funny. I spent over $200 on pet products only to have the process halted until I jumped through multiple hoops (after payment was processed, btw - had they not already processed the payment I would have binned the order immediately) just to have my order processed. I own a small business and do not have time for this slow process that requires my attention after I press "Pay Now". NEVER use this company if you are looking for prompt, reliable service.

Almost didn't order based on reviews
Almost didn't order based on reviews, found the validation process a bit alarming, normally would not proceed, also hate any company using Amarex as deliveries rarely turn up without me having to contact them.
Anyway I've ordered and will come back with my opinion when my order arrives

First time I've ever had to do a whacky…
First time I've ever had to do a whacky verification process to buy anything online. Having to wait days for a small refund to have it verified is stupid and could be done in a more effective way. Whether it be for dog biscuits or something else for your pets I recommend going elsewhere for your pets' needs.

Courier issues
I have used Budget Pet Products for years and their products and prices are good. However they use Aramax as their free delivery service and my orders have been delayed by weeks as they have stalled during transit for no apparent reason and so much chasing up to get my goods delivered. I have 4 dogs and buy 30kg of dog food every 6 weeks. Because of the continuous courier issues I started ordering sooner than I needed it and still got delayed and then have to go and pay a fortune to top up food while waiting for my orders to be sorted out and finally delivered. It works out costing me more in the end with a lot if stress to go with it so I will not be dealing with them anymore.

Product and prices are okay but delivery partner Aramex performs poorly. Order despatched quickly but then just sits in the Aramex network requiring constant chasing up. Order placed and despatched 9 days ago still not delivered.

Great prices, but please don't order if you are in a hurry! I have ordered a few times now and it has taken over 8 to 9 days for me to receive my delivery, but again the prices are amazing - so just make sure you order early!

Outstanding Customer Service
I recently purchased a 1Kg bag of Liver Treats for my Fox Terrier, its the only treat she will eat, and there was a small issue with the bag. Budgetpetproducts responded immediately and followed up with their product processing, requesting batch number and use by date. End result I have been offered a replacement 1kg bag of Liver Treats and an assurance to rectify situation will not occur again. Its refreshing to deal with a company that go above and beyond for their customers.

Who is this company?
I've never had to verify myself so many times for $100 of pet products? Terrible process and service. The whole things seems automated and completely inconsiderate of customers. Clean up your act budget pet products. You won't last long with competitors who actually knows how to receive and deliver an online order.
Pet owners, please don't waste your time and shop with a reputable brand.

Extremely unprofessional, always hold orders and require three different verifications just to get a over priced order, always late and never delivered how it should be there is nothing good about this website don't waste your money or time.

I have been a loyal customer for years…
I have been a loyal customer for years and never had an issue with their service until today when Autodelivery order was completed. Budgetpetproducts send an email 7 days prior to dispatching the product and the price I was actually charged today was higher than stated in the email. In other words, you never know how much you will be charged until the money is debited. I think it's wrong!!!
