Worst experience ever. Order 10 kg dog food and deliver to my address. The courier didn’t deliver to my address but send to the pick up spot nearby. I enquire but they just mention redeliver cost extra. Try to negotiate with them they ask me to connect with pet chemist and of course pet chemist cannot do anything as the courier is out sourcing.
