We migrated from one of the “big name” ERPs to BrightPearl and couldn’t be happier. If eCommerce is your core business, BrightPearl will definitely make managing high order volumes and complex processes easy.
The onboarding and implementation process was great thanks to Anthony Killick who’s a brilliant and very personable guy. He went above and beyond during our very complex Go-live.
No system is perfect but BrightPearl is close. What we love the most is how easy it is to manage orders and POs (great automation engine). If we could ask for one improvement it would be more intuitive management of price lists. You have to understand the difference between price lists (which are for reference) and the actual cost of the items and how that impacts things throughout the system.
Aside from that, we are very happy with the whole experience so far!!

Excellent system for managing inventory, sales, purchases and accounts. We've been using it for 8 years and it has been a solid platform for all of that time, whilst improving as well and adding new modules and integrations.
The most important things for us as a small business is its ease of setup and configuration, and the reliability. This does mean that in some areas it is not as flexible as a bespoke built system, however for the ease of use it has been much better to adjust some of our systems a little rather than have to endure the expense and hassle of a major system change.

Brightpearl has been indispensable in facilitating our growth from zero revenue startup to six years later £10m + revenue.
The integration with Magento works extremely well and although there are always (inevitable) issues, they are always sorted out in a timely and well communicated manner. Support from Harvey our technical manager is excellent.
We have added Demand Planner & Automation to our account in recent months to great success - easing bottlenecks within the supply chain and saving valuable time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Brightpearl to new customers and hope that we can continue our shared success in the next stage of growth for our company.

Brightpearl is a fantastic all in one ERP system that is great for connecting all your eCommerce channels under one roof. They key to any eCommerce growth is being able to automate as much as possible and this is where Brightpearl excels. When we started using Brightpearl back in 2014 we were processing around 100 orders per month. In 2020 we are processing more than 100 orders per day and without Brightpearls automation this would not have been possible.

I cannot recommend Brightpearl enough! The software has transformed the way we run our organisation. It provides everything we need to operate our eCommerce business effectively and efficiently. Their innovation/product roadmap caters, certainly in our case, to current trends and requirements. Their support is also excellent.
We joined Brightpearl in 2012, after 8 previous years in business using a very fragmented system of individual, unconnected software. At the time we, spent at least a third of our time entering orders, updating accounts and combining data manually. Obviously, times have changed and this is now a prerequisite of all eCommerce CRM/ERP systems and this is certainly where Brightpearl excel. They are constantly innovating so the software is always current. From the time we joined, each year the system just gets better and better.
We currently use the system to manage our sales channels of 4 separate B2C Bigcommerce websites, 2 eBay stores, 10 Amazon stores (2 subsidiary businesses with 5 EU Amazon stores each) and manual telephone sales. We have 4 channels brands, which is where Brightpearl brands paperwork and emails differently for each company. It all works as one would expect, orders download and are aggregated ready for picking and shipping, inventory is updated across all sales channels, as sales occur and purchase orders are received, and accounting is updated at each point providing a real-time picture in a myriad of dashboards and reports that can be as detailed as needed.
Their support, in my experience, is also excellent. What I class as standard issues or help requests, are normally resolved quickly through their support portal.
Looking at our support history most have been resolved in less than 4 hours! We have also experienced two major support issues. The first being our old Magento store which stopped downloading orders and the second an issue where stock stopped updating on certain products across our Bigcommerce sites.
In both instances, Brightpearl support listened to the problems and spent time figuring out what was causing them. This is where their support really is excellent, in both cases the issue lay with the supplying vendor; an update to our Magento store which stopped the API working and a quirk in multi-buy pricing in Bigcommerce causing an update error. They worked with the supplier/s in both cases to resolve the issue.
In my sixteen years of eCommerce, Brightpearl support has been by far the best. Additionally, they are very transparent with system issues, as shown on their system status page. Again most are resolved very quickly.
In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend Brightpearl as a CRM/ERP system. I am also more than happy to chat about Brightpearl to anyone considering it.

DTC is fun. DTC is sexy. DTC is... unprofitable? Or at least that's what Techcrunch has to say.
But we're not all "Casper"- raising tons of funds and driving hell-bent on an IPO.
If you're a DTC brand focused on bootstrapping (or at least profitable growth), let me introduce you to Brightpearl.
Think of them as one of the best-kept secrets in direct-to-consumer. I know, if you go with that "other company", people will have heard of your ERP. But doesn't Larry Ellison have enough yachts?
Brightpearl just *gets it*- they provide a cloud-based ERP (or OMS or WMS or whatever the word soup of the moment is) that scales with you, at a price that won't shock you out of your trousers.
Fringe Sport (mission: Improve Lives through Strength) has been on Brightpearl for years, and through explosive growth. They've allowed us to scale, and they support multichannel plus WMS out of the box.

A very detailed onboarding process with an extremely efficient team, working hard to ensure they answer our queries quickly and honestly.
No system is perfect, but on the face of things Brightpearl seems a perfect solution for us. For multi-channel sales and fulfilment we have looked at numerous ERP systems but none seem to be able to automate like Brightpearl.
Looking forward to working with the team to go live in the next 4 months.

We are writing this review after renewing our contract for another year with Brightpearl and we are now in our 6th year with them. We are a small company and have found the software invaluable. The customer service team are always on hand to help, not just a chat feature but a team that answer calls and communicate intelligently to queries and do their best to solve any problems.

Brightpearl has been an enormous help to our business. We've been on the platform for a number of years and the new releases/products like Analytics and Demand Planner have been huge. We really liked the Dashboard release too. If BP can continue to develop it really will be the one stop shop for ecommerce platforms. The support and account management teams are the best we've ever seen too. Cannot recommend them enough.

Had potential following recommendation's, but they blew it on a zoom call. Overheard a pre-meeting and them saying "Tell'em it is £25k or they can [foxtrot oscar]" - edited for the purposes of this post".
Trust and Integrity questionable.
Massive shame as rather support British companies, but with these values... internationals are almost always likely to win.

We moved some years ago from Sage, which was causing us serious problems and although the original implementation was rather time consuming and the product cost very much more than Sage we have over the years been pleased we made the move.
We are mainly geared towards traditional rather than on-line sales but the interface with other apps is good, the accounting is solid and the sales/warehousing function substantially meets our needs.
Additionally the relationship manager and technical response is now good and because we have had problems with our supply change we have now bought Demand Planner and are confident that this will help greatly with our management of supplies and the amount of time taken in dealing with them.

•BrightPearl software is okay and can get the job done (star 3)
•WMS software is underdeveloped, with lots of bugs and glitches. System crashes often and can be seen here status.brightpearl. /history causing downtime for business, inefficiencies, errors in fulfillment (Star NIL)
•Infrastructure and architect design would advise digging further into the APIs configure (and ask them about data security breach) (star 2)
•Support team needs investment and support from the company. Tickets not addressed timely and not resolved, support team, takes approach of monitoring bugs for future recurring issues prior to addresses; (Star 1)
•Costs. Reasonable if, the tech work as described and support team. During the onboarding process identify a lot of workarounds for software as the sales process sold a few features (not man) that were still in the development phase. At this stage the product does not justify the cost (Star 1)
•Enquiry other fees associated with connecting to your company's tech stack, a few hidden costs arose during onboarding
•In summary there is potential in product in future periods. That said, the organisation could benefit from customer support / cx in future periods

Called for a quote and was told 15k to 20k for implementation and that it would probably be way more than 1k a month. API integrations and CSV uploads are easy with a quick google class and CRM data is the same. While the monthly costs are understandable, 15k to 20k to implement is too much for uploads that take a day to do.
