Great Customer Service

The demand forecasting tool of Inventory Planner has a great user interface, and now that we have got the settings perfect, we are very reliant on the information it provides to our suppliers and our wider team. Special mention to the excellent customer service of Teo who helped us troubleshoot and come up with the best solution for our business.

Brightpearl is a strong ERP system that allowed us to operate B2B, Online D2C, POS all in the same place.
The API connection is also strong and allowed us to build our own set of tools and analytics, while keeping Brightpearl at the source of thruth.

With Brightpearl for nearly 10 years!

We have been with Brightpearl for coming up to 10 years nearly, and we have seen it grow and work with us over the years. We have seen very little trouble over the years with use, but where we have had a problem our account manager and technical account manager have always been available and supporting us quickly with full resolutions to the problems.
Shopify and Brighpearl have always worked well together, and Inventory Planner has also been a great addition helping with forecasting and stock analysis.

We work with Matt and Teo on a regular basis and always found them helpful and quick to respond. Matt in particular has been great with some of the technichal help and if he doesn't know the answer looping in with some of the other teams to support.

Brightpearl user since 2015

Brightpearl has been a key platform in helping us scale our ecommerce operations across multiple channels and warehouses. The automation functionality is especially powerful and has helped us significantly reduce manual processes across order management, inventory, and fulfilment.

It’s a very capable ERP for growing retail businesses, particularly when integrated properly into a wider ecommerce tech stack.

We've been working with Brightpearl for well over 10 years. It's grown with us, and supported this growth seamlessly. Their support team is proactive and available, you can even phone them. The accounts management team are always available and help whenever we've needed them. We're heavy users of their custom API and it integrates will all our custom applications to streamline our whole business.

Good functionality, great service.

Functionality is good and meets all key needs, with strong customization and integrations options. Top tier ERP system

Top tier ERP system that once live is pretty bomb proof. No down time. Everything works as it should.

Automation engine is rock solid and working with partners such as b.solutions means the platform can easily link with other tools.

Great software, even better people

I've now used Brightpearl twice for two separate businesses that I have started. This ERP has allowed me to scale both times by making our processes more efficient and repeatable. On top of that, we use multiple softwares for fulfillment, accounting, inventory, etc. and Brightpearl has connectors for all of them!

Even better is the support and training we received from Brightpearl. Carmen Vazquez was our onboarding specialist and she made us feel like close colleagues while working on this project. We always felt that we were being guided by an expert and someone who really understood our business. She was patient with us while working through specific issues and took to them to really dig into solutions for questions we had. Honestly, everyone we came in contact with at Brightpearl was very helpful and truly had a positive attitude when "dealing" with us.

Even post onboarding/post go-live we've seen that translate to our new account management team. It's worth mentioning this as in today's world there are too many businesses that treat their people as disposable. I feel the attitudes of the employees at Brightpearl show that the company cares for their people overall. That means something to this small business owner.

We are coming up on our one year with…

We are coming up on our one year with Bright Pearl, and it has become an integral tool in our ability to grow and develop the business.

Our tech stack (Shopify, ShipHero, Bright Pearl, and QuickBooks) required multiple connectors and integrations to work together, which is no small undertaking. We worked with Carmen Vasquez throughout our Bright Pearl implementation, and her availability and support made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. She was present when we needed her, issues were resolved quickly, and the training was practical and genuinely useful.

The post-implementation support has been just as solid. There are always workflows you don't know you need until you're actually live, and as I bring them up they are addressed in a reasonable timeframe with no chasing required.

If you're considering Bright Pearl, especially with a complex integration, the team is knowledgeable and responsive.

Great option for Multichannel retail.

We have been with Brightpearl since 2016, initially using the platform as to consolidate purchasing and online platforms.

Since then the functionality of the system has done nothing but grow along side our business and become more invaluable each year.

We use Brightpearl to connect three Shopify stores, ShipStation and Xero — and it's genuinely been a lifesaver. The automations save us an enormous amount of time processing sales and keep our stock accurate across everything. We've been using it for a few years now and just renewed without hesitation — we honestly can't imagine running the business without it.
