The new premises are a real mess at the minute. Very congested and difficult to find anywhere to leave your car. I think they are trying to sort this out. It's also not so convenient being out on the Hatfield road versus the old premises in the town centre. I live some distance away so always have a few hours to kill. There's not much to do in the vicinity - a very nice farm shop with a great cafe and Dunelm/Wicks but that's about it.

I also had to wait about 6 weeks to get an appointment for the service - which does give me concerns about their capacity.

Ive been taking my car for servicing to Brayleys (Coupers) for a good few years now. They have recently moved from Catherine St to Lyon Way but the customer parking at their new location is diabolical. They really need to get it sorted! The service team are lovely always helpful but please sort the parking!

Your telephone staff had not listened when I made the booking to get a warranty fault repaired a second time. But without being prompted the person who took the vehicle in did not charge me for the temporary loan of a car since it was a repeat fault

Although we had a tough time due to our car breaking down, we experienced such a smooth process when we started the car purchase with Brayleys Cars/Hyundai. I generally ask a lot of questions and I need to understand everything beforehand. Lewis was absolutely patient and helped us all the way. We had the luxury of test drive with multiple cars to see which one we like the most. The car we chose was not in the stock, but it arrived in only two weeks which was way earlier than what we thought, and it was amazing.

I already had a Tuscon on lease and decided I want to go for another Tuscon with the same specification but just different colour. We visited the showroom and met India who went through the options available and went for a test drive in the new model. Luckily you had one in the showroom in Jupiter Orange so I decided to place the order. It was a factory order and came in much quicker than expected but India agreed to keep it in your compound until 1st September. The PCP remained the same as agreed when placed the order and India kept in contact throughout and assisted promptly and in a friendly professional manner..I collected the car on 1st September and all went smoothly and I was pleased to hear India had been promoted as well. Congratulations in your new role and I hope I can now use your dealership for servicing. Great overall customer service experience.

Recently purchased a new Hyundai after making first contact through Carwow. Smooth, professional experience from beginning to end. Both India and Lewis were helpful, friendly, and incredibly efficient throughout the process of buying a new car. Cannot recommend highly enough!
