Horrible product! Screen protector only lasts 6 months and you pay $9.99 each time for a replacement. The screen protector is over $40. They sent me a defective replacement that I can’t even use. I will never purchase anything from Bodyguardz ever again. Don’t do it!

Same thing everybody else says. "Lifetime" replacements last 1 year and require so many hoops, you might as well just pay 20 dollars for any other screen protector off Amazon, and avoid all the trouble of getting charged full price for a defective product. Mine came loose in 3 months.

I've been using BodyGardz screen protectors for my iPhones for several years. I've had to replace many protectors, but I've never lost a phone screen yet because of a dropped phone. Their free replacement policy is amazing, even if they ask you to pay for shipping and handling on the replacement. Nothing wrong with that! I retired to Portugal a few months ago, and they went out of their way to get me a final replacement screen and case for my phone.

I highly recommend the quality of the product and service this company provides!

I just purchased my sons iPhone 12 mini at ATT and also purchased a BodyGuardz screen protector. About a month later the screen shatter with the screen protector. I had insurance for the phone actual screen to be replaced but since I paid for a screen protector and was told it had a warranty I ordered a replacement after the screen was replaced. Today I received my replacement and was not aware that the damaged screen protector had to be returned! I just read that if I don’t have return the original screen protector I will be charged full price for the replacement! I feel this is something that should be communicated when it’s purchased in the store! I don’t mind paying the shipping but I was instructed by Apple to remove the damaged screen protector in order for them to take the phone for repair. I am not happy!

I wish I could give it zero stars, since that is not an option, 1 star it is. I am unhappy with the performance of the screen protector. I have installed many, many screen protectors, and follow each of the steps when applying. I have replaced my screen protector several times (none have been due to me shattering/dropping my phone) but rather due to the edges 'bubbling/lifting up'. This happens within a few days of installing. It is highway robbery for the lackluster performance it gives, and to then replace to pay $10+ for shipping. That is ridiculous. I can buy 3 packs on Amazon for the cost of the shipping of one through BodyGuardz. This is the last I will ever purchase anything from BodyGuardz.

My screen protector has had loose edges since it was installed at the AT&T store 13 days ago. I went back to the store and was informed that I need to get a replacement online. I had registered my BodyGuardz so it was easy but it cost $10 s&h plus tax for a new one! On top of the $60 I just paid for the item 13 days ago is ridiculous.

I bought a screen protector for my S22 ultra at AT&T after having my screen replaced after two weeks my screen protector cracked and including the actual screen
I just paid 300 for my screen and even had the AT&T employee install the screen protector for me so i knew it was on properly

Read the fine print!! the lifetime is two years. they charge the shipping fee for the replacement and if you discard the old one (like most people will if its junk) they will charge you full price plus shipping. I just sent back the envelope they sent to return the old one in and added a note that MY LOVELY WIFE threw the old one away. I suspect I will find no sympathy.

I purchased a BodyGuardz "synthetic glass" screen protector from AT&T. Recently, I had noticed that it was scratched. I never had this happen with actual tempered glass. I paid $55 plus tax for a product that turned out to actually be plastic. I revised my review because they were willing to replace it the first time without a shipping and handling charge. I still believe this product is nothing like glass. It should just be described as synthetic.

I got a screen protector for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It was nothing exceptional about the screen protector, I dropped it and it broke. I wasn’t concerned with it because ‘I have the warranty’. I got online and went to claim my screen protector and the shipping is gonna be $10.67 for my “free” replacement. GARBAGE. These guys are lowlife small time nobodies legally scamming people. Screw these guys. There was no mention of even a shipping charge on replacement when I got the screen protector.

Scam!!! At &t sold me this. I got replacement for my sons phone which was damaged. Charged $8.95 shipping. My son at college disposed of the old & I was charged $52.95 additional to my credit card. Very angry I feel for their lifetime guarantee. The product isn’t worth it, did not protect phone in the first place!!

Trickery. Lifetime replacement claim is totally false. I got a replacement (and paid for shipping) and then that replacement has failed. Their website now claims I am not eligible for the “lifetime replacement”. Please explain to me then, what exactly is the definition of lifetime replacement?

I purchased a Bodyguardz Pure 2 Edge screen protector for an iphone 12 Pro Max from AT&T. AT&T offered their free lifetime replacement screen protector or I could choose another brand. I chose Bodyguardz because they've been on the market for a while and they offered free lifetime replacement just as AT&T.
My screen protector lasted about 3 months. when I began to request my FREE replacement protector, I found out it's not actually FREE. They charge you $8.95 for shipping. This is a ripoff scam. At the bottom of their installation instructions written in very LARGE letters it says FREE LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS. In very small letters at the bottom of the instructions it says fees may apply. AT&T's screen protector is a true FREE LIFETIME REPLACEMENT. I am going to yelp, review and let everyone know to stay away from Bodyguardz products. Don't highlight FREE REPLACEMENTS when that is not true.

popguardz is a fake site not located in the United States and take money out and States Indonesia. I haven't heard a reply and it's been two weeks

AT&T sold me on the BodyGuarz screen protector for an iPhone 12 and told me about the warranty. I signed up for the warranty and used it 3 months later to replace one that cracked. NEVER was I told that the old screen protector had to be sent back to BodyGuardz or I would be charged the full price. I took the new warranty screen protector to AT&T to do the replacement and they threw the cracked one away--so apparently even they don't know about this requirement. 60 days later, I was charged $46 by BodyGuardz for the replacement. I could not find a phone number anywhere on the BodyGuardz website. My credit card company helped me get in touch with them. Evan from BodyGuardz told me that the replacement policy was written in 4 different places on their websites, but could not point me to 1 single place where this appeared. Then he told me it was referenced in several of the emails I received from BodyGuardz. NOT TRUE. I have every email I have ever received from them. Not a single mention that I would be charged if I didn't return the broken screen protector. Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I initiated the warranty claim. AT&T should also better train their staff to tell customers about this, and NOT throw away the broken product if they are handling the swap. BUYER BEWARE!

I couldn't set up a warranty account wouldn't take my information. Now seeing the reviews I'm wondering why AT&T sold me this. I hope the protection works better then the communication with this company

A phony warranty!! They want to put cookies on your computer to start any warranty process. Just what everyone wants!! If there is any way to talk or chat with anyone, good luck getting through. I wouldn't buy anything from such an outfit!!

I purchased BodyGuardz in the past and didn’t have an issue, but when I purchased my iPhone 12 Pro I bought the more expensive screen protector thinking that my phone would safer. That was an incorrect assumption. My phone fell out of my pocket as I was getting out of my car and my entire screen shattered but the screen protector had zero damage. I thought the point of the screen protector was to protect my screen?!
I called customer service and their solution was to send me another screen protector like the one I have (which I had already ordered before I realized that it was my screen not the protector that was shattered) and a cheaper screen protector with free shipping…which I also already had on my next 5 screen protectors. Now I have to pay to replace my screen! RIDICULOUS.

This company does not answer inquiries. I registered my bodyguard product. They sent me a body guard item, charged me $8 for that and then 60 days later charged another $47. This is after I already paid $60 at att for the original one. Stay far far away from this company and its product. If I could have rated them a 0 then I would have

This is NOT a lifetime replacement. This is false advertising!!!! Bodyguardz only carries your brand phone protector for 2 years from the RELEASE DATE OF YOUR PHONE! regardless of when you purchased it. I still have many payments left on my phone and they have already discontinued my phone case. Their response to me was to buy a new phone! I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from them again...Buyer beware...again... false advertising!!!!!
