I’ve been a loyal BodyGuardz customer since 2025 and currently have four registered products. Whenever a product fails—even due to user error—the replacement process is quick and painless. While I do find the shipping fee a bit high, I understand the realities of business costs. Most recently, I had a slight issue with a replacement, and their customer service team handled it quickly and effortlessly. They are fast, efficient, and have earned my continued business for all my future devices!

What initially seemed to be a premium accessory purchase experience has crumbled.
The company’s current pride and joy, the Red Light Converter screen protector, is well-packaged and designed to go on seamlessly, which it did. Less than 50 days later, it is beginning to peel from one corner, unfortunately - not what you’d expect from a $45 piece of tempered glass that’s marketed to be among the best made.

Here’s where it goes south, and badly: I reached out to support and let them know, asking if it could be covered and replaced. I was asked to provide photos, in order to provide the “best options for help.”
I immediately did so, and waited a couple days. No response. Prompting again through email, I was told they didn’t get the photos, and could I send those again? Immediately did so.

Now zero response again, and BodyGuardz has proven they fail to back their product. Not only is this very unexpected from an established company selling expensive products, but it’s also one leaving an impression - a truth, actually - that I am hoping to spread as hard as possible here.

Don’t spend your money with these guys, people. They aren’t concerned with your product protection, they pretend to be until they have your dollars.

UPDATE: despite the response below, they've done it again - failure at the communication level,3 times now. Still stand by my review here.

This company absolutely rocks! I ordered the wrong screen protector, realized after I applied it onto the phone, and was so sad because I was so excited to use this product. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation, and they were so quick so help me out with a replacement! It’s so cool that a company making such innovative products is also paying such close attention to customer service! I will definitely keep giving them my business! Shout out to Sophie G for being a great customer service rep!

I accidentally put in my expired card to purchase, and immediately fraudulent charges were being used and denied! I was so glad I did that by accident! The site is not safe to purchase from!

These covers are ineffective- breaking immediately and without apparent cause at times- and they slice into skin or shed glass powder into your pockets, purse or fingers! THESE SHOULD BE OUTLAWED. They seem to spontaneously burst and crumble.
I literally put my phone (fully intact) one moment into my coat pocket during a walk, then the next moment, went to grab it and sliced my hand! The screen cover had inexplicably crackled into a half spiderweb across my screen while in the pocket of my puffer coat!? I actually had a glass splinter imbedded into my thumb and palm for most of the day. I reported this to the company who sent me a replacement- which also broke in less than 1 day. Same issue with the camera lens covers. I step out of bed one night, my foot landing on a busted lens cover that had fallen off at some point without me noticing. The other two are still attached- chipped and cracked, but I can’t pry them off so I’m waiting for them to fall off.
These covers are downright dangerous and extremely wasteful.
I was refunded but I feel morally obligated to warn everyone. I don’t understand how production is allowed to continue.
Please do not buy these.

Bodyguards was able to help me with my screen protector and listen to my needs and concerns and understood my frustration with my last order of screen protector and their screen protectors are the best on the market and now after how they went over and beyond to satisfy me and I am sold on this company and their products. Thank you Chris for all your help and caring about your customers.

had a issue with replacement first time ever body guard addressed it fixed it even before replacement arrived had body guardz for years and will continue !!

It's crazy that the replacement screen protector that they used to offer as free and is offered as a “warranty” costs $15. If I had known they were going to change their policies I would have never purchased. The original purchase price was $55 and it was supposed to be guaranteed. Not even good quality. The reason I’ve used them in the past was because of this warranty. I’ll be switching soon.

Excellent customer service! my screen protector broke soon after I got it and they immediately sent me out a new one, free of charge.

Sleazy company. I bought this phone cover and it came with a "free lifetime warrantee". Initially the "free" warrantee cost $10 for each replacement and now it's $14. There is also "free" returns for $1. I don't think they are less prone to scratches or cracking the other screens.

I did everything precisely as instructed yet the red light screen protector ended way above the outer edge of my phone (on top) I ended up putting in on manually. Getting the air bubbles out; impossible.

Great company that wants to make its customer happy. Super customer experience team responsiveness and engagement especially from Sophie G.

They have demonstrated excellent and timely customer service when I have reached out to them. They have answered questions, provided clarity on features, the product arrived in a timely manner, and I love the red light screen protector! We are very happy with their products and customer service! 5 stars!

So ive used Bodyguardz screen protectors for the last 6 years. Always on point. Ive only warrantied a few times. We had a minor issue with my last order. I left a knee-jerk reaction review. I was wrong in my review. Sophie G from Bodyguardz customer service she responded, apologizes and then made everything cool. So i just first wanna say thank you Sophie G and Bodyguardz. I was wrong and ive been given some of the best customer service in the business.
I acted like a baby when my order was incorrect and i probably am the one who screwed it up. Either way I apologize and thank you so much for correcting the error.

BodyGuardz’s customer service and products are amazing. I got a new phone and would not use it until my screen protector and case arrived.

We received a teplacement screen protector that was out of its protective packaging and the cover keeping it clean was off.

I made note of it and literally within hours customer service sent an email offering a free replacement as well as apologies for the incident. I responded to the email and within 30 minutes a new protector had shipped and I had tracking information.

That gives a whole new meaning to customer service. Nothing could have improved on the way this complain was handled. Cudos to BodyGuardz for setting a new standard for customer service

Not sure if everyone will have the same experience, but i made a comment on their instagram post from their company page, saying my screen cracked. They inboxed me and set up a replacement claim and i upgraded to a privacy screen. They sent me a link with the item in the cart for me, paid a 5$ difference for the upgrade, and had a new screen in a few days. I didnt even need to speak to anyone. Screen is now registered and i can go through the website for all future replacements, super impressed with the level of customer service!

I have had iPhones since their inception and always use a screen protector. I recently purchased a BodyGuardz tempered glass matte screen for my iPhone 17 Pro. It was, and is, BY FAR the EASIEST installation of a screen protector that I have ever used! It took less than a minute to follow the excellent instructions and install a completely bubble-free protector. Well done BodyGuardz...you've got yourself a new, very satisfied customer!
