Finding Beauty Pie changed everything. Now, I can get all my favorites in one place. The selection is vast, and every product I have used has been superior to the big brand names. The facial moisturizers are excellent, especially Japan Fusion. There is also something new to discover. Prices are phenomenal. I urge you to take a look at the site. You will not be disappointed.

The website is easy to navigate. And the checkout process is easy. I have a membership and that is automatically activated to apply discounts and free shipping.

Very nice quality for the price, even though I feel like the subscription is a little costly considering the prices of the products are still around $20-$50 dollars which is comparable to Ulta or Sephora

I love everything I use from beauty pie but if it unexpected out you don't know when its coming back or if it come back at all

I have been a member for a year or two and have been happy. However, doing away with phone support and then not being responsive by email is a big problem. I placed my most recent order over a week ago and it on shows "processed" in my order history. I wrote to customer service last week and have only received an auto response. So today I called the customer service phone number and learned they no longer have phone support. Bad decision if they do not have the staff to handle the emails. Very disappointing.

I'm new to Beauty Pie and I absolutely love everything I have received. I have high-end and low-end makeupand lotions and potions. Everything I have received equals my high-end products! I am thrilled.

Beauty Pie did not reship my products that I did not receive. I filled out a form and emailed. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I got s stupid email for 10 dollars off but no product or refund.

Oh now I remember why I canceled my membership a few years ago: Shipping and customer service issues. I'm in a loop of ai customer service responses for the past 7 days, my BP account says the order was completed, but I have not receivedthe items, the DHL shipping link I received is invalid and they have $177 on my initial order. After I cancel the auto-renew on this membership, I quit. I like the products, but they are not worth the hassle.

I love Beauty Pie. The products are on repeat, the packaging is great. I don't love not getting refunds for makeup that doesn't work: like lip sticks etc. But when I had a reaction to a product it was refunded which was great.

Beauty Pie is amazing until you contact customer service. I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. Recently made a purchase that was supposed to come with a free add on. Immediately after placing my order I realized I did not see the add on item in the order. I was not allowed to cancel that order nor would customer service honor the gift with purchase. After many back and forths I gave up and cancelled my membership.

Beauty Pie is a reliable source of quality & innovative beauty products at very reasonable prices. Yes, there are beauty products that aren’t a fit for me but overall, I am very pleased with the items that I am currently using such as serums, body washes & moisturizer. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.

So far joining has been great. Great products at great prices! Thanks to my new esthetician who got me to check out some products here!
