I was excited about joining and doing a comparative product. Hermosa the brands and I am currently using. However, the membership was supposed to come with a free gift which I never got once I receive I can update my review. So far, the two products that I purchased are phenomenal.

Every time I decide to let BP lapse, something extraordinary happens to bring me back. This time it was the Micro-Masque Caviar Moisturizer I received as an anniversary gift from BP. I have never had such an immediate and visible response to a skin care product. This moisturizer, which I wear to bed as a mask every night, left my skin so soft, so smooth — I have had even very close friends be shocked when I tell them I’m not using face makeup any more. They all thought I was wearing foundation! Please keep offering this, you wonderful BP people!

My second year with Beauty Pie.
Love their supplements which is secondary to their beauty products. Most everything I’ve used has been on repeat.

The products are reasonable priced packaged well and arrive quickly.

It took roughly 4 weeks to be reimbursed for being overcharged ~$30 USD after I sent in clear proof of the bug on the app and the ultimate desire, being refunded to my original form of payment for the overcharge. It took weeks to get a store credit and then another week for the team to just refund me, and then another few days for them to refund me the associated sales tax.

I have been a member for over 5 years and will likely cancel my membership for the lack of assistance.
